I ordered a sandwich today from jersey Mike's. After a long wait I discovered that the person who was delivering my sandwich was riding a bicycle in the west salem hills. I ordered the sandwich through Uber eats. I don't know which one decided to send my sandwich on a bicycle. Uber eats or jersey Mike's. Whoever is likely to lose my business if it happens again.

I now have seen a employee wipe there burgers on there glove and the same employee chewing on his nails that’s so gross there food is great just as long as that employee don’t touch my food.

Don’t use the QRcode in the store that says start eating free subs. The QR code takes you to a site that has nothing to do with Jersey Mikes and takes your info and debit card info. We have already informed the store personnel and Jersey Mikes corporate and they have taken no action.

Noisy, cheap tables and seating. And if you get it Mike's way be prepared for tasting only vinegar. Meat flavors are very mild. Best thing going is their hot philly cheese steak sandwiches. Coupons or deals are rare, not enough to entice to invite more frequently.

We love Jersey Mike’s and choose the store on Edgewater in West Salem frequently. We stopped there on Saturday night at 8:49pm to get take-out. As my husband started to open the door, he was informed by someone from JM standing out front that they were closing. They would not let him in for a take-out. It was 11 minutes until closing time. If closing is 9:00m, as listed, why were we turned away at 11minutes before hand? VERY DISAPPOINTED! Thought the franchise owner or general manager should know about this.

The roast chicken breast is good, I like that sandwich because it's taste like grilled chicken but is very good, I like grilled chicken sandwich, that's roast chicken breast look good and perfect :)

I really enjoyed the sandwich I ordered (Italian sub, hoagie, whatever) was very good. So good they made me a customer. My only concern was the pepper relish, which was not hot enough, but at least it was there.
Let’s just say I no longer eat at Subway. #13 here I come ?

Tiffany, the manager of the West Salem branch is a rockstar! She went above and beyond to make a lunch delivery happen for 40+ people on behalf of the organization I work for. She was off the clock when she took my order for the delivery and could have easily brushed me off and asked me to make my order online. But she personally took the order so that it would be correct and timely. For that, we are extremely grateful. She also delivered the order herself, saying that it was easier on her store crew if she took care of it. She is thoughtful, not only about her customers, but also about the people who work hard in her store. Tiffany is amazing!!!
