The best JM location I’ve ever eaten from. My husband and I get subs from this location frequently because they have the best gluten free bread and gf snicker doodle cookie. I’m so thankful to have these options. The sandwiches are always perfect too at this location. Just so happy!

I absolutely love this location and the crew here. I stop by a lot and the service is always quick and fantastic from every member of the staff. Every time I order my sandwiches look just like the menu ?. We're lucky to have such a well run Jersey Mike's here in West Salem!

We just arrived here about an hour ago and want to give a round of applause to the manager [I think her name was Tiffany] for keeping a well-oiled machine going despite a dozen people in line, a persnickety customer on the phone who had an issue with a Door Dash and expecting the store manager to handle it. The food was excellent, the place was spotless and she kept her calm and greeted everyone with a smile despite being super slammed. Well done to you all. If we didn't live several hundred miles away, we would come again.

This is the first time that I've ever been to Jersey Mike's and it was absolutely amazing! The food was wonderful, so fresh, and the quality was great. The atmosphere the workers were very outgoing and engaging, I will definitely come back and eat here again. Also it's a good value, unlike some of the other sub shops Jersey Mike's actually puts meat and cheese on their sandwiches.

I did a pickup order and I accidentally ordered the vegetarian mushroom Swiss, when I meant to order the mushroom Swiss cheese steak. They let me bring it back to get the sandwich I wanted. Much appreciated and very delicious.
Staff is/was assume. I purchased a classic Italian, and my wife purchased a stick ball. Jersey Mike's is our go to sub shop, they are constantly good.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. A bit busy but not crazy. Ordered a cheesesteak and it was quickly cooked up fresh and I paid and left. Pretty good cheesesteak, but I will get a cold sandwich next time I stop in. The club is my regular, but most of the sandwiches are excellent.

Even when the place is empty takes forever to get a couple sandwiches made. Been here several times but don't go anymore. Sandwiches Ok but so slow it's painful.
