The manager is very nice they just need to do a better job at who they hire like other reviews mentioned they hire really young kids who do not know proper food handling. I did not have an issue with the manager it was this younger girl that I had an issue with. I am 5 months pregnant and I was craving a sandwich I asked the manager if he could cook the ham and he did but the girl was trying to give me un cooked ham not to mention the bread was already setting there when I got there and she put the uncooked ham on the bread I told her that he was cooking my ham and she put the ham back even though it touched the bread. She had no experience this is why food handlers is important. I told her that I wanted a new bread since she had already put the ham and she said oh you want a different kind of bread and I said no the manager stepped in and gave her instructions and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude and threw the bread on the counter. Like that bread was already contaminated and not to mention she put the ham back too. It is a health risk for me and my child it was absolutely triggering.

Went there first time and will never come back. Prices definitely not worth the product. Half of the baguette 10 dollars is way too much lol. Meat taste like sour water with meat flavor, grilled mushrooms were raw, grilled onions crunchy, mayonaise was full of vinegar taste, tomatoes tasted old, lettuce was chewy and slimy, gluten free bread is not gluten free because they put it together with normal bread, cheese was buttery and didnt taste the best. Atmosphere there is a little depressing and not very welcoming. Customer service was meh. Employees looked depressed and tired. The best part of all this was cream Soda.

At about 11:50am on 9/14/25. Kid making my sandwich made a easy mistake. Sandwich infront of me asked for bacon he put bacon on mine to did not ask for it. It was fine I informed the cashier that I didn't want bacon on it when he was told there was bacon on it. The manager was called to see what to do. He proceeded to yell at the kid with all the customers in the store when informed that it was not that big of a deal he told me that I was not his manager and were to stay out of it. That he was his employee and it was not my business. Not coming back again.

Hair in my sandwich! Kid at register couldn’t have cared less about it and he didn’t even give me my refund back. Said it’d be in my account in three days and laughed it off yet I haven’t seen the money back.

The young man named TY, went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect. I have been to this location several times and never knew they had other options for breads, TY was the only employee to ever offer more options, these options really make my food more enjoyable. TY also had good energy and a high level of customer service, rarely match. When my food was complete he did not just call my order out, TY brought me my order, making me feel highly valued as a customer and respected as a person.

Went in on 05/24/25 and was greeted harshly by an older employee. I asked for banana peppers on my sandwich and got a massive mountain of them on my sandwich. Also an older woman who worked there, (seemed to be some type of manager) asked an employee from across the store to do a task and when the employee misheard her, she continued to yell very loudly and rudely to the employee, repeating her words. This made me feel very uncomfortable. If this is how they speak to employees that is not ok.

Yes, the prices are on the higher side, especially compared to a few years ago, but the quality of the food and the peace of mind from knowing exactly what’s in it make it worth it. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always fresh and satisfying. We may not go as often as we used to due to rising costs, but Jersey Mike’s remains a go-to spot thanks to their commitment to clear ingredient info and good service.

I specifically went there for pastrami..a NJ special. They dont have it, said it sold out right away. Seems like something youd sell a lot of.
Classic Italian very meh. No particular flavor. No cheese. No option to toast. Didn't ask bread type. Toppings very limited. Make it seem like asking for mayo is a crime. The oil is very thin and watery. The WORST part of all is cutting the damn thing into fourths after specifically asking them not to so everything slides out of it when you bite into it. The manager was too busy trying to razzmatazz me about their gift cards. Add to that the sandwich is no bigger than Subway but was 25-30% more expensive. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered the Italian sandwich as a bowl and they 'forgot' the lettuce, which is half the volume. In the photo you will see some lettus. there was less than 1/4 cup. Meaning i got meat and some mayo. Also no Italian sauce. since this is my go to order, i was quite surprised. to add another annoyance, I ordered on the app, and instead of using my 'home' store, it randomly switched the order to this center street location. I normally order from the commercial store. The edge water gives larger portions, but its a longer drive.
