My sandwich was made wrong. I asked for NO oregeno because I have an allregy. My sandwich had more than what I would consider normal. I called the store to let them know I could not eat it because of my allergy issue and I was put "on hold" (the phone was set on the counter). I could hear converstations/comments being made and how the "Karen" on the phone was complaining about a little spice among other rude comments being made by the manager in front of customers. After about 13 minutes, I hung up and called back and asked for the manager. When she got on the phone I let her know her customer service skills needed work and that I heard everything that was said. All she said was :I'll refund your money". Horrible customer service, I will never return to this location.

The most expensive sandwich you’ll ever eat. A good establishment with good people. They just charge wayyyyy too much. Save the money and make your sandwich at home. I’ll never support this business again, it’s too expensive.

Salem Or Center St Location...815pm...went in first time...employees nice...I was not thrilled with the wilted discolored lettus- I didn't add it...I asked for vinegar and oil-light oil, heavy vinegar...oye got both-didnt offer to make another sandwich....so I'm going to Subway for my dinner now and giving my sandwich to homeless lady on corner
Food was great but the manager ryan is very unorganized and treats his employees unfairly. Abby was very helpful and super nice when i came in❤️

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and they were working their butts off. I would like to directly thank Johnny who gave me outstanding customer service. I ordered within the app, and i had never been to this location, obviously because it's new, and my maps took me to the wrong side. It said the building was located within the Willamette town center mall so when I parked, the mall said permanently closed, and I was confused. I tried calling but they were busy so due to the time lost for my lunch break, I just went to McDonald's. I was finally able to get a hold of them when I returned to work. I wanted to be sure to notify them that I would be unable to pick up my sandwich. Johnny said this has been a common thing and he informed me they would remake my sandwich next time I wanted to come in (since I already paid) and he also gave me a coupon. He was very understanding. Long story short, this is located in front of McGraths. It is not in the mall nor next to Home Goods/Ulta/etc like the maps shows.
