Picking up two Uber orders, I went to the end of the counter where they hand completed orders to customers and I was told by some orange haired female that I'd be helped at the cash register, so I got in line, which was to the door. Another woman walked in to pick up a to-go order and this same orange haired female stopped what she was doing and went to the cart where delivery orders are kept, got her the order and let her go, leaving me standing in line. When I got to the cash register I asked who was the manager and was told it was the same orange haired female, but I wasn't allowed to know her name. So who can I complain to? John, the regional manager?
EDIT: I attempted to complete the information at the link provided by the owner, I don't wish to be contacted, I don't want a ticket for a sandwich, I just want to receive the same customer service as anyone else who walks into this establishment.

Awful. Spent over $100 on barely mediocre sandwiches for FIVE PEOPLE. Not a large group, or a party. A family of five. Surely with prices that outrageous the food should be great, right? Unfortunately, not even close. But at least they’d be made to order and correct, right? Nope. Do you soak the pickles in lye these days? They were inedible. And how difficult is it to spell names correctly when they’re LITERALLY SPELLED OUT for you?

Lane and Austin helped us today and gave us INCREDIBLE sandwiches and EXCELLENT service! These two young men are working hard and I appreciated them very much.

Had nothing but good experiences here, the one down the street on Lancaster and Silverton sucks. Poor management and really does not care about how poorly their workers treat their customers. Do not go there!

Randomly closed 2 hours earlier than advertised
Food is great and fast. However, they use Iber for delivery which kinda sucks. That said, when I called to let them know my order wasn't delivered, they scrambled to make it right. Much appreciated!

Ever since the owner of this franchise decided to get rid of in house delivery driver positions in favor of outsourcing it to UberEats, ordering has been a NIGHTMARE.
Food not getting delivered at all or getting delivered an hour after it was picked up. The drivers from UberEats usually don't speak English (so no communication) or they do speak English but don't look clean/hygienic enough to even be handling the bag my food is in.
BRING BACK YOUR OLD DELIVERY OPTION
I've been a customer of this JJ since it first opened. I've ordered pretty frequently during that time, I ordered a giant turkey tom, $20 and it was all bread, there was so little meat and toppings that I couldn't even tell there was anything in it all, the giant is supposed to be 16" but was about 4" short. I'd add a photo but doesn't seem to be an option. I've never called to complain in the past, not once, but this was just unacceptable, my roommates daughter looked at it and said "wow my sister got a free sandwich from there for her birthday and it was like 3 times bigger than that" and laughed
I called the manager, explained what happened, that I've been ordering there 10+yrs, which he knows from my order history, I told him that the sandwich had almost nothing on it, and how disappointed I was and his response? Oh, well, I understand, thanks for calling. Not I'm sorry, your a valued customer, let me make it better/fix it. Nothing just thanks for calling ... I will NEVER order jimmy johns again... Hope that 20 bucks was worth losing a loyal customer.
