Don't count on delivery!! I've had 2 orders now that weren't delivered. One wasn't picked up after getting message it was. And the other was picked up and then cancelled by the driver. The store can't do anything since it's a 3rd party delivery company.

Do not patronize this store, especially if you do a large order. Our organization put in an online group lunch order on August 8, 2025, costing around $180.00. Each person followed the directions for ordering, including their names and sandwich instructions. When we got our approximately 15 sandwiches, none of them had names on them or even sandwich numbers. We had to paw through each sandwich to try to figure out which belonged to each of us. To further confuse things, requests for toasting on some had been ignored, as had requests for cutting some in half. Plus, they completely left a whole order off.

When I talked to the manager, she offered to deliver the missing order (still forgetting the chips and drink) and offered a $20 in store credit. I asked for a full refund, and was told only a regional manager could approve that. We are awaiting a call back from said regional manager.

When you mess up a large order this badly, if you expect to keep customers, you should refund the order. Our organization has probably spent thousands of dollars at this Jimmy John’s. I doubt we will patronize them ever again.

Workers are rude and have no customer service skills. I love Jimmy John’s but will never return to this location again. High recommend going to the one down the street on Lancaster near Center street.

Junk Mail

Terrible customer service, I called and was told to call corporate and did not provide me a number, they told me to look it up. Also delivery took around 40 minutes. Not “freaky fast”.

The young man helping me apologized for the wait because my sandwich was ordered for 12:30 and it was taking awhile to get to it. I appreciated that he acknowledged my wait without my having said anything, then a girl behind the counter with star tattoos on her face told him he didn't need to apologize. I found that very rude. She was the one slowing everything down and her attitude was not the service I would expect.

This location sucks since using Uber eats to deliver. Today I didn't get my drink (again) and the driver blamed the store, shrugged and drove off with her 30% tip. Done with this place!

And no, I'm not going to another link to describe my experience. I've called two of your stores and Uber and since I didn't order through Uber, but rather directly through JJ, there's nothing they can do. Thanks so much for using someone so willing to steal from me. Steal a 30 % tip for bringing me an incomplete order and driving away when I asked about my drink. Do better. I will absolutely spread the word!

This location has been a lifesaver during these covid times. Thank you!

Ordered two Turkey Toms, one with cheese, one with cheese, extra meat, onions & sauce. Pretty simple right? Nope, no extra meat, no sauce. They basically gave us two of the same sandwiches except one with onion, but of course I was charged for the extra meat. Also, we get home and are trying to figure out which sandwich is which, on one sandwich they wrote "cheese", how the heck is that helpful?

I ordered a Tuna Club unwich and had it delivered. bag and sandwich was completely sealed. The Sandwich tasted like I swallowed the contents of ashtray. Was it tobacco spit? My tongue and lips are still tingling and I have been sick to my stomach for an hour now. I used to be a heavy smoker. I know it was tobacco.
