I make sandwiches for a living (it's not a substantial living that pays the bills or is fulfilling in life, but it's a living) and that chicken sandwich changed my life.
10/10 would eat again. Gold star. Best 10 dollars ever spent. Please and thank you.

I will never eat at a KFC again. Never. The manager and employees are very rude. This one-time experience at this KFC killed it for every other KFC that I may run across throughout my travels. And I do a lot of traveling.

I ordered the country fried steak. For you cooks who don't know, a country fried steak is supposed to be covered with gravy. Mine had none and was as hard as shoe leather.
First time at a KFC. I had to remind part of staff serving me that I had an additional piece to my order.

Definitely NOT wheelchair friendly. They have a door that could be wheelchair accessible, BUT, it is kept LOCKED!!! Interior traffic flow issues for wheelchair if a family sits across from the soda machine (happened while I was there). My chicken was overcooked - original recipe drumstick & thigh were cooked to the point of being “extra crispy” in practice (not in recipe). Staff were friendly - but person manning the counter after I ordered spoke zero English. I tried asking basic questions about the menu, and he had to keep running to get someone to translate. No idea why they didn't stay there to answer my questions, but he ran back & forth for the four questions I had. Although he was polite and apologetic for not speaking English.
Wheelchair accessibility: NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE w/o an attendant to open & close doors and to get refills if a family sits at table by soda machine. The ONLY true wheelchair accessible door is kept locked, and is only able to be used as an exit. It is out of sight of the staff, so nobody can see if you're trying to enter. The double doors (two sets of doors that are perpendicular to each other) are a maze only narrow medical equipment will find passable. I have strong arms and found all doors were hard to operate. Injured my arm trying to enter the restaurant.

Made a mobile order. This is the first place that makes you come in to pick up. Then was told it would be ready at 5:45, I even wait and come in to pick it up at 6:20 and get told I have to wait about 5 more min before it will be done. I love KFC chicken but for convenience and respect of ones time I may be ordering from Popeyes. To bad.
