Definitely NOT wheelchair friendly. They have a door that could be wheelchair accessible, BUT, it is kept LOCKED!!! Interior traffic flow issues for wheelchair if a family sits across from the soda machine (happened while I was there). My chicken was overcooked - original recipe drumstick & thigh were cooked to the point of being âextra crispyâ in practice (not in recipe). Staff were friendly - but person manning the counter after I ordered spoke zero English. I tried asking basic questions about the menu, and he had to keep running to get someone to translate. No idea why they didn't stay there to answer my questions, but he ran back & forth for the four questions I had. Although he was polite and apologetic for not speaking English.

The ONLY true wheelchair accessible door is kept locked, and is only able to be used as an exit. It is out of sight of the staff, so nobody can see if you're trying to enter. The double doors (two sets of doors that are perpendicular to each other) are a maze only narrow medical equipment will find passable. I have strong arms and found all doors were hard to operate. Injured my arm trying to enter the restaurant.

Made a mobile order. This is the first place that makes you come in to pick up. Then was told it would be ready at 5:45, I even wait and come in to pick it up at 6:20 and get told I have to wait about 5 more min before it will be done. I love KFC chicken but for convenience and respect of ones time I may be ordering from Popeyes. To bad.

Came in for a quick stop after air bnb cleaning and they made the order as smooth and quick as possible, after asking us to wait out front while they cook the food the kind cashier came to inform us he didnât have any more biscuits and it would be a 15 minute wait for them, I didnât mind as I always found their biscuits dry but to compensate for this lack of biscuits he offered us another large side with our family meal, itâs nice to see people try to go the extra mile now a days and have some compassion and empathy for others in any situation this kfc location will take care of you!
I confirmed 3 times when ordering that I wanted a breast and wing meal I WAS surprised that it was such a good price but was assured the price was correct. After being parked and waiting almost 15 min I received a leg and thigh meal. Went inside talked to the employee who took my order (who was very polite) who asked someone else and was told they would refund my order and I would have to reorder. Instead of making it right, I had to wait longer to get what I ordered in the first place. Horrible customer service, and snotty lead or manager, whatever she was.

Wow, I was actually shocked on how terrible KFC has become. I ordered a 10 piece nashville chicken nugget, a famous bowl blackberry starry drink combo, and a classic chicken sandwich combo with fries and sweet lightning. All for an insane $25 something dollars.
First off, when the food was brought out to me, I had been waiting about 15 minutes with only 1 customer inside and another drive thru customer. They told me in the drive thru they were waiting on fries. When they finally brought out my food, they had forgotten drinks and my nuggets, which I had to ask for when the drinks were brought out.
The chicken nuggets were very dry, chewy and I could feel hard pieces of tendons in the chicken. No crunch at all and the sauce was very lackluster. It was basically a microdose of spice, albeit sauce was still there. The fries luckily weren't terrible, but outrageous for the expensive price.
The chicken sandwich bun was Oregon summer drought dry and it was hardly edible. Chicken had no crunch, just the same grossness as the nuggets. Hardly any mayo and the pickles just sucked.
The famous bowl had 5 nuggets which of course were disgusting and the gravy was almost water-like. Barely had any salt in it and the potatoes are just not what they used to be. Lacking cheese also.
Drinks were a big letdown also. Sweet Lightning was alright but Blackberry Starry was essentially a weird blackberry taste and a bit of carbonation. I have no idea what happened to KFC but they weren't like this 3 years ago when I last had it.
