If I could give this a no star I would, there chicken gave me and my toddler food poisoning, the gravy was water. Don’t eat here unless you want to feel queasy.

So I get a lot of places are independently owned yet still part of the franchise. However I work on Lancaster and the KFC there told me 4:50 for a half gallon of lemonade in the morning a little bit pricey but I was like, they will last me a good three to four days no big deal. I went to the one I commercial closer to my house it was a five dollars for half gallon. I get that inflation and prices are going up but this is starting to get a little ridiculous make sure you check all locations of the restaurants that are all part of the same chain before you buy something

Every time I go in the girl with pink hair I think her name is Marie, all I hear her do is complain about how bad her manager Ashley is and doesn't know how to do her job. Maybe if she would work instead of complaining things wouldn't be so bad there.

Today i went to kfc got 2 famous bowls, i got to the window and we ended up add 2 chicken littles to the order. And then waited for 5 minutes for my food which was fine until i got home and my chicken little was made with maybe a dime size amount of mayo and 2 pickles stacked on each other on top of the dime of mayo. Personally i feel like its bc i added it on at the window mind you i was the only person in line. Just because someone orders something last minute doesnt mean you need to mess it up. Its your job!!

Reliably the slowest place on the planet. This place runs less efficiently than anywhere else I've been to and this time it was just a full on comedy of errors from food quality, to blatant rudeness, to the unbelievable amount of time that it took. And all this after I ordered ahead and I arrived after the time it was marked as ready. It's hard to assume this was all innocent mistakes or blunders especially when this was far from the first time there have been a number of issues in the same order. Getting old chicken is one thing, but being rude to me while giving me straight up garbage I just can't understand.
Horrible service (seriously why are you so rude to everyone?), cold food that was obviously old. Dog wouldn't even touch it. We will never go back.

Many times when I go to the Kentucky fried Chicken on Commercial Street in Salem, Oregon, they never seem to get my order right. Because usually they're chit-chatting with their co-workers like they were today about Jack the ripper or something like that and they weren't listening to me when I said that I wanted a two-piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and I get home and I only have the chicken and no mashed potatoes and no biscuit. There have been many many times where they don't get my order right and I should have learned by now to check my meal before I leave because they are taking my hard-earned money and they're getting paid. Their salary is coming out of my money and they're not doing their job by listening to their customers.
