Drive thru was ridiculous. One car in front - 10 solid minutes. Me next, another 10 minutes - very easy order. Order was still screwed up, and I didn't see another person other than the guy with the headphones taking orders, who was talking on someone's cellphone, so at least someone else had to be there.

Ordered the 10 piece extra crispy bucket thing. Food was hot and fresh, but that's definitely NOT extra crispy. Guess that's what I get for ordering the online and not checking my order.

A few months ago in the fall; Drive thru mid afternoon. Placed my order went to pay. Getting my money I was told by a male at the window I would have to hurry he said per his manager… I’m very mindful always not having to make others wait on me . Gave him my card and payed.
I looked and there was no one behind me .
I was so flustered, drove out and only one person in line given their order . No one in their parking lot for indoor dinning . So not busy ….
My friend bought a gift card same store for her son , when he went to use it they wouldn’t accept it .
Another time I got home and looked at my receipt was charged $100.00 for a 2 piece meal.
Had no one to contact the except the 800 # so called them !😡
Haven’t been back .

Lid wasn’t sealed properly and so it spilt in the bag. No spoon was included, the boy who served us had no customer service and as I was saying have a good night he shut the window. He is not a great worker.

If I could give this a no star I would, there chicken gave me and my toddler food poisoning, the gravy was water. Don’t eat here unless you want to feel queasy.

So I get a lot of places are independently owned yet still part of the franchise. However I work on Lancaster and the KFC there told me 4:50 for a half gallon of lemonade in the morning a little bit pricey but I was like, they will last me a good three to four days no big deal. I went to the one I commercial closer to my house it was a five dollars for half gallon. I get that inflation and prices are going up but this is starting to get a little ridiculous make sure you check all locations of the restaurants that are all part of the same chain before you buy something
