Got famous bowls from drive thru, pretty disappointed when I opened it to see 4 pieces of chicken. I used to work at a kfc so I understand being busy or whatever but this is just not cool.

Typically, I use the drive-through window. The food is a bit pricey compared to other fast food. But it's a treat. Service is good and the people are always friendly and courteous.

Original receipt for sure, mashed potatoes and gravy, add a couple of biscuits, and the wife and I dine like royalty. We dine out once a week, and KFC is on our list at least once a month. Their place is always clean, people friendly, that's why we go. A little spendy, but worth a once a month trip.

Friday night busy time for sure, but in order to keep their numbers down, they had everyone pull forward. At one time, they had 8 cars waiting for food outside and four of us waiting inside for our to-go. Do better, management!

This location does not participate with the local coupons that are mailed out. With a family of 5 and trying to be budget conscious this was disheartening to hear. We will definitely be reconsidering coming back anytime soon.

I went to this location at 6pm through the drive thru and it literally took 45 mins before I got my food. You would think they would have offered a coupon or a free drink or anything but they didn't. They did apologize but come on a 45 min wait for a chicken sandwich and coleslaw, really!!! DO BETTER!!
We waited a small time to order our to go food. But it was still quick and staff was polite and friendly.

This is a long one, but I recommend reading if you plan to take your family in for dinner. Disgusting location, the floor was greasy, and the tables had very clearly not been washed. Also hot as hell, they had 0 air conditioning. Had to be 90° in there. As for the food, it was just mediocre at best. Coleslaw was soggy, chicken wasn't crispy, and somehow also dry. And their sweet tea lukewarm, when it's supposed to be cold. On top of that, mash potatoes were just a solid brick, it was one congealed piece of mash. Gravy was alright though. Can't believe I paid almost $30 for this. As for service, it was horrendous, I cannot believe people willingly go to this location for food. I went to complain about my food, and they said their was nothing they could do about it, when I asked for a manager, this dark haired, tall man walked out, he looks like he was doing drugs, he was very clearly not their, if you know what I'm saying. He basically told me that the food was fine, and they would not be refunding me. Overall, this is the worst fast food location I have had the displeasure of eating at. If you are thinking about eating here, go eat out of a dumpster, it's free and would taste better than this disgusting excuse for a fired chicken joint.

Have not been here for a long time. Picked up an original 3pc chicken tender. Taste was great and cooked very well. However. . . They were so small I had to laugh. For the $7.55 they all fit in the palm of my hand side by side. Went home and made a real meal. Will not be going back.

Another box ordered meal of 4 tenders original recipe, potato & gravy, biscuit, Pepsi, what we got was Xtra crispy 1 piece was really hard, hard french fries, hard biscuit, and no drink. It seemed like we got food that was sitting for awhile.
