Cleaner Restrooms than most. Try their slower times.
I was very disappointed when I paid my order, more than $35, after that I noticed there is a post saying 15% off on orders of $35 or more. They didn’t validate it because “ you didn’t tell us before” the two guys pretended they didn’t know anything and the manager said “I didn’t tell them before I Paid” So I’m inviting the public to claim your 15% discount before you paid that way they don’t put excuses. The sign it’s on the window inside the restaurant!

I waiting in line for 10 minutes and the workers just stood there talking looked at me and my family and continued to talk the manager finally told them to work and they took another 15 minutes for a rootbeer float

The staff was amazing, super friendly, and the food was great. Ana, the manager on shift, was exceptionally helpful with keeping our price lowered as much as possible. Shared discounts with us. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine. They all had smiles on their faces, and all were very helpful.

service and food is always good especially the rootbeer floats but just very sad that they don't have the daily specials that were affordable now they changed it to 7 specials for $9 each. Ugh :(

I just got ripped off at Kentucky fried chicken I ordered 5 piece chicken and side of potatoes and got a 4 piece I will never go to Kentucky fried chicken again plus most of the parking lot is handicap

Allie provided the upmost quality customer service. I wish I could give her a raise. Of course the food is expensive, they are hurting for profits, but I got everything I expected, and Allie made it even better. Will return hoping to greet her again with a tip.

My husband and I came here for a date and my husband went to get a drink...there was black stuff at the bottom of his cup and was blown off...there was no out of order sign on the machine...truly disgusting...won't be coming back to this location

Prices are getting ridiculous! Apparently you can't use coupons that come in the mail at all Salem locations and the "$20 fill up box meal" is $25! Prices are never as advertised! The fries in our meal were stale, biscuits were hard as a rock, and over half the chicken was over cooked! Not worth paying a ridiculous price to end up throwing out over half the meal! Very disappointed and you have lost a customer ?
Doesn't take coupons and their usually out of what you want by dinner time. Really over priced now.
