service and food is always good especially the rootbeer floats but just very sad that they don't have the daily specials that were affordable now they changed it to 7 specials for $9 each. Ugh :(

I just got ripped off at Kentucky fried chicken I ordered 5 piece chicken and side of potatoes and got a 4 piece I will never go to Kentucky fried chicken again plus most of the parking lot is handicap

Allie provided the upmost quality customer service. I wish I could give her a raise. Of course the food is expensive, they are hurting for profits, but I got everything I expected, and Allie made it even better. Will return hoping to greet her again with a tip.

My husband and I came here for a date and my husband went to get a drink...there was black stuff at the bottom of his cup and was blown off...there was no out of order sign on the machine...truly disgusting...won't be coming back to this location

Prices are getting ridiculous! Apparently you can't use coupons that come in the mail at all Salem locations and the "$20 fill up box meal" is $25! Prices are never as advertised! The fries in our meal were stale, biscuits were hard as a rock, and over half the chicken was over cooked! Not worth paying a ridiculous price to end up throwing out over half the meal! Very disappointed and you have lost a customer ?

Our sweet tea was not sweet! Our order was not ready when I got there. The food was not hot. I only had to drive home for 6 minutes.

It had been a while since I've eaten at KFC and now I remember why. Back then at least you get what you paid for but now it's WAY too expensive for what you're getting. They messed up my order as well. The tenders were barley warm, they French fries tasted old and I did not get mashed potatoes.

2nd time I have went to this location and ordered a meal with a breast piece in it and they gave me a thigh instead on both visits. Getting tired of getting cheated by these guys. You lost a customer.

I just ordered online and they took almost 70 dollars out of my account. About 10 mins later I got a message stating that they canceled my order. They have NOT provided food or my money back. The store manager was no help and the owner doesn't answer his phone. Bad customer service. Will not ever go back and I will let everyone I know of the scam that happened tonight.

Food was fine, if not a little dry, but I was charged about a dollar more than was advertised on the menu. The employee did not make me aware of the change until I had already paid, citing that he forgot their prices just changed. Disappointing service--will not be returning.
