I gotta say... the Fun Guy and brand-new Big Shot burger are seriously the best-tasting, juicy burgers I've ever had when I'm looking for a gourmet, high-end burger... absolutely fantastic!!! I hope the Big Shot makes it way onto the permanent menu!!!

So I purchased online to pick up in store. Went there not knowing there was a bogo going on. Well called in once I got home and told them what happened. They held my name at the register for like a week. I remembered and asked for the free burger and that’s how you do customer service ladies and gentlemen.

This is my go-to burger joint. Atmosphere is good, food tastes great, service is fast, and the staff are always friendly, even with a full house. I did see one employee raise their voice at another employee one time. I used to work in fast food, so maybe it was the rush or they were just trying to get their attention and I understand all that, but I almost told them to not talk to people that way. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say. 10/10 restaurant will definitely be back.

Friendly staff. The cashier was awesome. She helped us with the ordering. The burger could have been better. It was just a tad on the dry side. Maybe I will ask for a little pink in the middle next time. The music is loud and should be turned down a notch or two.

Killer Burger in South Salem has consistently put out great food! The service, in my experience, has been friendly and very good. The restaurant seems to be clean on all my visits. Food come out fairly quickly when dining in and has always been ready when they say it will when ordering ahead and picking up. Recommend this place to family, friends and colleagues who want a “Killer” burger!
