I gotta say... the Fun Guy and brand-new Big Shot burger are seriously the best-tasting, juicy burgers I've ever had when I'm looking for a gourmet, high-end burger... absolutely fantastic!!! I hope the Big Shot makes it way onto the permanent menu!!!

So I purchased online to pick up in store. Went there not knowing there was a bogo going on. Well called in once I got home and told them what happened. They held my name at the register for like a week. I remembered and asked for the free burger and that’s how you do customer service ladies and gentlemen.

This is my go-to burger joint. Atmosphere is good, food tastes great, service is fast, and the staff are always friendly, even with a full house. I did see one employee raise their voice at another employee one time. I used to work in fast food, so maybe it was the rush or they were just trying to get their attention and I understand all that, but I almost told them to not talk to people that way. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say. 10/10 restaurant will definitely...
