I was just looking for a place to cool off here in Salem, OR just a few blocked from the Capital. It is situated in a strip mall, but convenient. One unexpected surprise was that there was a moratorium on parking fees. Anyway, the restaurant was nice, clean and inviting. It has the standard bright Mexican colors. The server seated me right away, brought chips and salsa and took my order right away. The salsa was tasty and spicy. The margaritas were were tiny, but good. I ordered the shrimp enchiladas, also great. Everything was reasonably priced. Not bad for the Pacific Northwest.

Just had a pupusas delivered and it was delicious full of pork and cheese the flavor was delicious. I've been wanting to try one and I'm glad I did I'll do that again!!

Waited an hour for nothing. Wasn’t busy and people that came in after us were given their food before ours. I don’t know if it was because my fiance and I are a mixed couple but I noticed all the darker skinned people getting seated in the back with no service at all. The place was 100 degrees and I had to beg for water for my child (which he never received) We left after an hour of no attention and no communication. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

My daughter and I stopped for a quick lunch. Great service. We sat outside and they came with water and refills before we needed. The food was very delicious. Cant wait to go back.

Placed a door dash order and ordered a Mexican pizza. They say you can pick a protein, chicken, ground beef or shredded beef but they don't give the option to pick the meat. They do offer a option for a call from them which I did. I NEVER got a call.... I also ordered the tortilla soup, which was EXTREMELY salty where could only eat a little, tasted as if the salt was just dumped in and not measured.... Usually I have a good experience ordering to go orders but today's order was very much below par
It is eaten tasty at a reasonable price. They take time to serve because they seem to cook it on the spot. They should have more bathrooms because they are insufficient. The place is good although dark and poorly ventilated. The staff attends very well and they are attentive to what you need.

Little hidden place, the tables are in a private like area which is mice or you can sit outside. Pupusas are very good

Love this place! Lunch or dinner here never fails to make me happy and satisfied. I suggest getting their taco salad if you're going there for lunch and get something warmer like enchiladas for dinner. Dine in or take away both taste delicious and they never forget the chips and salsa.
