Had a great lunch here. Good food, prices, staff and atmosphere. I highly recommend it. We’ll be back!

This is one of my favorite places to go. I am hooked on their pork and cheese pupusa's. It's a must try if you haven't.The staff is always so friendly, and I have never been let down where the quality of food is concerned. I always leave happy.Food: 5/5

A warm quaint little spot in the heart of Salem. They provide comfortable dining booths, ample with classic Latino inspired art on the backboards. The customer service is wonderful, the food memorable and at a price point all will surely find cost effective for dining out.Parking: There's about a dozen or so on street parking spots for this restaurant.

Best food in the Valley, best carne asada, best pupusas, best chicken dish, best service. I travel from my home town just to enjoy this food!

Food was delicious and can't beat the price. Service was pleasant and quick. If I lived close I would come back here often.

We discovered molcajete cooking in Cabo and have longed for it since. Imagine our surprise when we found this magical place in our own otherwise barren state of Oregon! The food was perfect! This bowl was chock full of all the good stuff.

Food was delicious and great service although it took awhile to get our food.

Okay. So my family and I order out from here all of the time. Sometimes the pupusas are great, and sometimes they’re not. It’s really a hit or miss. Lately, however, they were consistently serving really good pupusas! So we ordered revueltas yesterday 8/25 like usual, only this time, they were totally different than normal! The cheese was different, like cheddar? And instead of pork and beans it looks like they just gave us shredded chicken instead! That’s not revueltas and not what we ordered?? They were also very dry. My parents wanted to get refunded, but since we technically started eating the pupusas already, we figured it’s not worth the complaint and wait. It’s just stressful trying to love this place when we never know how the food is going to turn out. And this is just our take-out experience. As for in-person dining, I would never eat here again. Literally every single time we have had to wait for almost an hour for food and drinks to arrive. Again, really want to support this place as a fellow Salvadoran, but man it’s hard sometimes.

I’m quite disappointed on today’s dine in experience. Ordered Pupusas, nothing fancy, but it took an HOUR to get our food! Another family just walked-out because the service was super slow! The food was excellent but not worth such a long wait. I think they were short staff, but maybe as a curtesy let your customers know ahead of time so we can choose to go elsewhere if we don’t want to wait for an hour for a basic plate. Not only did we have to ask twice if our food was almost finished but they didn’t try to make the wait any less frustrating. Completely disappointed! I’ll think twice before coming here again.

This is another great authentic Mexican and Salvadorian food in Salem. The difference is the service! You are treated like friends from the time you enter this location. The outside seating is great for afternoon or evening meal downtown. The interior decor is eye catching and inviting. The dishes are full of flavor and served at a reasonable size and price.

Beautiful dinning space, excellent food, friendly atmosphere. Outdoor seating options. They should consider making the menu more accessible and inform guests about food which may affect allergy or dietary restrictions. ? Allen, the mole has nuts

Not very clean. Flies around as well. Tables wobbly and really annoying. The music is way too loud and overwhelming. Waitress didn't check on us at all until the end. Waited over an hour for food. Not many people. The pollo en crema was waaaaay over salted. The carne asada was dry and not tasty. The lettuce was wilted. The rice was very plain. We enjoy spicy foods but the papusa with jalapeño and cheese was so spicy, it was inedible. I won't be coming back.
