Hi there. Just a heads up, I got a birthday reward from FiveStars but when I got here the woman at the counter said you don't use FiveStars anymore. This is kind of a bummer.I emailed FiveStars to say they shouldn't be sending rewards for businesses that don't use them anymore but I wanted to also give you a heads up.

Sadly the place is lacking flavors and each time at least 3 machines seem to be off. It was always nice when the had all machines running and often peanut butter or coffee flavors. That being said of you wants quick place to grab limited flavors with young kids it’s still a great option

I used to love coming to this shop. And still would but the help likes to close and lock up way before closing hours that are posted. Tonight it was a heavyset blond hair girl running the shop. I walked up to the door and even knocked on it because we are talk 20-15 minutes before closing. She hid in the back and walked up once to see if I had left and when she saw me again she hid again. Today is may 9 2022 at 8:45 pm. Hope they don’t keep her.

They didn't even have 4 flavors of frozen yogurt, loaded and working. Half the topping bar was wiped out and not stocked. The girl working was friendly and smiley but, not informative when we asked what was going on with the machines. To spendy for the chaos and lack of product.

LimeBerry used to be a favorite of ours, but the owners seem to he taking advantage of the current economic downturn to charge ridiculous prices and provide subpar service. My wife and I visited last night and were shocked at the price of almost $18 for two modest containers of yogurt with one topping each. OK LimeBerry, if you are going to charge a premium price then you should provide a premium experience, you did not. The floors were filthy, half the machines were out of order, and the placed needed a general wipe down. Its a shame, this was once a West Salem favorite.

Really disappointed with the choices of frozen yogurt. Came here on a "date" with my daughter and there was very little "healthy" options. No fruit and only candy and cookies for toppings and only two sorbet flavors and only chocolate and vanilla and Carmel flavors. Also the sorbet was very melty. Sad day ??

The West Salem store will not give out change for cash. For example, If you purchase $14 in yogurt and hand them a $20, no change will be given back. Really hard for anyone, like kids who work with cash only. Not sure what they do at the other Limeberry and I fortunately I won’t be finding out. I feel that this is a very dishonest business practice.

They say they are open this is false. Ibwanted to take my boys here and everytime we come during business hours no one is here and it's closed.

Kinda gross. Feel like this place needs a DEEP clean.

Limeberry is committing illegal business practices -- they refuse to make change for cash transactions and keep the difference. Who does this?

No you are not open, ever. We just drove down there again, on one of the hottest days of the year based on the hours posted, and you were closed.

My family and I have been coming here for years and it has really gone downhill. The last few times we have been here they have offered only three flavors and lately they have had only a small piddling of toppings...no fruit or chopped nuts or anything interesting. The store was practically bare. The employee reported that the owners are busy with their other lives and are not invested in this business. That is obvious.

Our family has watched the machines go down one after the other for months. Now down to just two working machines, which means very few flavors. On top of that, totally out of fruit for the toppings, as well as almonds. Plenty of fruity pebbles, if that is your thing - it is not mine. Likely will not go back given that this place has only gotten worse over the last couple years

The store was open for another hour or so.. They only had three flavors. The topping have no utensils to use. There was one spoon on the counter and the gal said you could use that. I was disappointed for sure.

I'm sure it's not like this everyday, but not many choices for the yogurt part and sadly not much fruit which is what I came in for. Staff was super friendly and don't fault them since being open after COVID.
