Ordered using doordash last night right before they closed (sorry if that upset the crew, we come from Texas where everything closes at midnight) not only did they give us the completely wrong order with the accurate ticket on the box, weāre pretty certain they did something to the food because it had my all four people who ate it in the bathroom with food poisoning. Worst experience ever and be aware theyāre not happy troopers when you order at night.

Will never return to this location. Called ahead asked to get extra Parmesan on the bread sticks
They said no problem we came they clearly didnāt put extra cheese on the breadsticks so we asked if they could sprinkle more on there they said no problem.
By the time we got back in the store with the breadsticks āfrom car to parking lotā they then refused and said itād be an extra charge

I Oder the pretzel crust pizza, but got this pizza in the photo instead and there isnāt a lot of of the sauce that comes on the pretzel pizza. This is the second time that this little Caesars location has done this when Iāve ordered the pretzel pizza. I am very upset. I had ordered another pizza that was supposed to be stuffed garlic crust, pepperoni pizza and we did not get that. We just got a normal pepperoni pizza. They messed up the whole order and they didnāt cut the pizzas all the way through like they were in a rush Iām very upset.

I ordered online. My pizza was ready in the portal when I arrived. The place was clean. I was disappointed that they advertised having Cherry Pepsi but did not and that they had recently filled the fridge so all the Dr. Peppers were warm. While I didnāt need help it would have been nice if the employee had acknowledged my existence or even cared that I was taking a soda (1 and no more) from the fridge.
Parking: The parking lot is an awkward size and shape. Half the lot is marked for compact cars and if it hadnāt been empty it would have been a tight squeeze for my RAV4

Employees barley associated with me, I didn't get my ranch that I had to pay a dollar each for, because the Employees chose to hide in the back, and my pizza was not cooked fully or cut, it seemed like they just half ass cut it. I'd understand if they were busy but it was completely empty inside and they were just standing around in the back. I'm annoyed and won't be going back.
Got a deep dish pizza with some sides. The sides were fine but unfortunately the pizza was raw. The cheese was melted but it was inedible because the dough didnāt cook.

What a joke, I ordered a pizza and the guy behind the counter straight up lied to me saying they didn't serve that one anymore so I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza. I'm standing around in the lobby waiting patiently while everyone else gets their order. I waited for almost 45 minutes until I noticed the two guys working were arguing and they didn't have anything left in the oven. That's when the guy tells me that my order was voided. When I asked why his co-worker tells me that he gave my pizza away to someone else. So I asked why didn't they just make another one they told me that they were closing in 15 minutes. So I said, You mean to tell me that I just wasted 45 minutes for absolutely nothing and you still won't even bother to cook my pizza? I worked in many kitchens and I would never, not on my worst day, dream of doing that to a customer. If you're going to spend your money there you're probably better off going to 7-11.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Upon arriving 2 of the 3 tvs that have their menu were not working. Asked the cashier if she had a paper copy I can look at to order and she proceeded to tell me the one TV would rotate the menu stood there awhile (mind u the menu was stuck on pepperoni pizza) and I let her know it wasnāt rotating as she said it would so let her know I will just pull it up online so I can order. She then proceeded to tell me they are only serving pepperoni pizza the rest of the night cause they were out of boxes and only had the hot and ready pizza boxes. Asked whys that I would be ok with my pizza being in a different box. She refused to let us order anything but pepperoni. I then asked how are u doing online orders then if u refuse to place any other pizza in the box but pepperoni. She let me know they canāt cancel online orders. If I was a complete a$$ I would have just ordered online. But the fact that she had no compassion for the customer and refused to make any pizza that was not pepperoni was appalling to me. I will NEVER go to this location or little ceasers. I would rather go to a pizza joint where they will let me choose what I order and not limit me to one choice just cause of a box. SMH.
