Young girl behind the register was absolutely foul. Literally was giving my husband looks because she forgot about his order. Had black and red hair and glasses but no name tag, probably because she knew she was being incredibly rude. A shame because the food is good just not the person

My people this little Caesar's is terrible they asen you wait more than 45 minutes and don't asen the orders properly and the girl holding the orders is very rude this little Caesars is the worse on Salem if you want to wait 45 to 1 hour and the lady taken the orders is rude and will eat food when she is working please don't give this people your money

They didn't cut the pizzas, otherwise the food tasted good. Every time I order a this location I have to wait 10-20 minutes for my food.
When I got there they told my that they had run out of wings at noon. But I placed my order at 3:41 no one call to notify me or offer other options. Then when I eat my deep dish pizza it was doughy and uncooked.

I had to wait 30 min for crazy puffs and the girl at the front was rude and was just sitting around talking to the guys in the back when there were tons of people in the lobby inconvenient for her to take her order Bavarian professional.

Order was ready on time. Pickup area was down so had to wait a short time anyways to reach a cashier. Crazy bread was very dry and pizza was way too saucy, but for cheap pizza it’s somewhat expected. They could be friendlier, though. The expected Little Caesar’s experience.

It was quick & easy. Not so much on the wallet tho. The hot & ready prices have definitely jumped up in price. What the hell happened? Their H & R pizzas used to be $5 now they are $8.99 like wow I wasn't expecting to pay $22 for 2 pizzas & a Crazy bread.

I have a complaint that was not dealt with. I am a sabbath keeper and was there at 4:20 pm Friday afternoon. I had called earlier, which I had told two employees when I got there I had & wanted two of the two topping LARGE pizza for $5.99 each. I tried to order on-line which kept not going past my zip code. So could not find out the toppings for them. Did see the two toppings for LARGE for $5.99. Did not say anything about only good for on-line orders. So I called at the 3278 Lancaster dr. NE Salem, OR & made sure I could get them for $5.99 price... they said I could & order them on the phone or I could come in and order them. I got the toppings & went to the restaurant to place the order. I was now in a hurry as sundown was at 4;36. They told me I could only order those on-line and they could not order those for me. They would cost $7.99 each. I went through it all stating on the phone they would wither rake the order over the phone or take a walk in. If I would have known that they were not going to take my order at $5.99 I would have not wasted my time going there. It was now after sundown and we had planned it for our Friday night and lunch for Sabbath. We don't do business after sundown so I could not go anywhere else. They said they were sorry, just going by company rules. Talked to the manager and she was the one that said she could not do anything. Manager can make adjustments, give you free things to make customers happy. If nothing is done about this I will no longer do business with Little Caeser's & write a review. Their ad is a SCAM to get you to come in and then jack the price up... most will go ahead and pay extra $2. Thanks. !!/23/24
