I placed an order for a supreme deep-dish pizza but received a pepperoni deep-dish instead. I didn’t notice the mistake until I arrived home. When I called the store, I was told I needed to return with the incorrect pizza and my receipt, and that I would receive a complimentary 2-liter and breadsticks for the inconvenience.
After driving 20 minutes back to the store, I brought in the pizza, and I overheard staff saying, “We’ve got a pizza to eat.” When I asked about the complimentary items I had been promised, I was told they had never offered them.
I made an unnecessary trip due to the store’s mistake and was then denied what I was told I would receive. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

This is a great location. Good people, good food. If you haven't been to Little Caesars in a while, it's time to try them again. You cannot beat the quantity and quality for the price. Their prices have not gone up like everywhere else.

The slowest little Caesars I have ever been to. Employees are disinterested at best. You can see kids ripping their vapes in the back and on their phones instead of working. You could get better pizza cheaper and faster at the Domino's down the road

This place is so shit that they closed early and I was waiting to order in the drive through but they closed early like 9:30pm which I get it that they want to close early but there’s was a big line to order pizza but they closed early and did not take any orders

this past friday I ordered online 3 pizzas including the new steak cheese and when we got home and opened up the pizzas they had very little toppings like almost nothing and the toppings were only in the middle of the pizzas and the dough looked smaller and thinner. the pizzas here used to be very well made so don't know what happened maybe new staff. I was very upset and could not go back since I live in gervais and couldn't make the drive back.

This location is gone so down hill the last few months. They made our pizza wrong, was EXTREMELY rude about remaking it. MADE IT WRONG A SECOND TIME and THE MANAGER, yes you heard that right, HE slammed the pizza on the counter and refused to remake it. Literally the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. Even if you order your pizza ahead of time and arrive when they say it’s ready, you’ll still be waiting for at least 20 minutes. Take your money elsewhere to a company that actually values their customers. We have actually gone to this location for years and after tonight we will not be back.

The majority of the staff working here is great but management definitely doesn't give a dang about them. This place hasn't had AC/vents working for weeks now cause it definitely hot whenever you go inside. Alot of the staff here is minors or young and being made to work without being given water or ice, gonna keep reporting OSHA for these poor workers until OSHA and the employees tell me it's actually been addressed.

I recently ordered chicken wings from this Little Caesars location and was extremely disappointed. The wings were undercooked—pink inside and clearly not safe to eat. This isn’t just a quality issue, it's a serious health concern. Serving raw poultry puts customers at risk for foodborne illnesses, and it's unacceptable.

When I brought it to their attention, there was no real apology or attempt to make things right. It left me with the impression that food safety and customer care are not priorities here.

I understand that mistakes happen, but serving raw chicken is a major red flag. Until this location takes food preparation and safety more seriously, I can’t recommend eating here. I won’t be returning.

Came in here when it was busy with my son who loves this place. Everyone was extremely courteous. Abraham went above and beyond. While also working in the back and simultaneously taking orders. Informed us of the awesome deals they had and was very professional.
