As someone who grew up eating from this location it’s sad to see the employees has rude has they have gotten each time me and my boyfriend have gone this past 2 months they have messed up every time and I asked for the zesty cheese sauce cuz I have issues eating marinara she try’d to tell me they didn’t have it I had to argue and say I know you do because my mom ordered it a week ago pls pls be careful going to this location and pls watch your kids because the cashiers keeped cussing and saying some words that no child should hear. Pls fix this at this location so that I don’t gotta take my money somewhere else to get my pizza made right the first time and so that no one gets a rude person to take there order.
Kid-friendliness: The workers need to be less rude and learn how to do there job and not cuss over and over again.

Food is great and the drive-thru is super fast if you just get pepperoni or cheese pizza they have those stocked up ready to go always, you can be in and out of the drive-thru in 10 seconds if you keep your order simple. The food is reasonably priced, the pizza could use more sauce but I'm sure they go light on the sauce to keep the general majority of customers pleased, to avoid having people complain about too much sauce, so it makes sense and you can always dip the pizza in a side of sauce.

Staffs were polite, no issue with service and my order was quick...but this is diabolical. First pic is the new stuffed crazy bread, which was foul. Second pic is the normal crazy bread, which had almost no seasoning. Both were just not good.
The crazy bread is also smaller in size than it used to be, which is wild. LC used to be a great value option but I'm not paying $3.50 for a bag of barely seasoned, half burnt breadsticks.
Not sure if this is a recipe change but this is just not it.

The food is okay here. State st location is a little better but hands down best place in Salem for little Ceasars is off south commercial just across from Safeway near Taco Bell and Subway! S Lancaster price goutches. Independence Little Ceasers is overall best place to get little Ceasars for price and quality of food! N Lancaster has a manager that is a very young man but he is terrific and has excellent customer service!
Dietary restrictions: I always order my pizza with extra sauce. They don't charge for it and it ensures it's always fresh. I also always order my breadsticks and stuffed crazy bread with extra butter and parmasean so they will be fresh too. Sometimes they are tricky though and pull already made ones in the back and add more butter and parmasean. I always check before I go. I can't stand cold hard stale food. It cost way to much $ these days to put up with that.

Do not get delivery. They will still your drink and dump your pizza on the floor even do you gave instructions on Receiving. The delivery will not care if you give them a good tip. I am Disappointed. The only reason i got delivery is because i am sick and in bed rest, and to make it worst i only got 15% back from my total that i paid. It doesn't even cover the price of my drink Which I did not got.

I decided to do a mobile order and set it as drive thru since I had my toddler and preschooler with me. I got a notify my pizza was ready. I got there 10mins after getting the notification it was done. When I went through the drive thru I told the girl working at the window I had a mobile order. I gave her my name and she said well what did you order? After I told her she asked me to pull up front and it would be ready in 5 mins… after waiting for over 20 mins I called and they rudely said you need to come in(even McDonald’s brings it to you car if you had to wait) I told them I couldn’t as I had toddlers, so I guess I’ll go through the drive thru. When she hung up I could see her in the back and her and another coworker where laughing, which may not have been about me but the body language and faces said otherwise. When I got up to the window the girl from before was at the window opened up and just stared at me and I awkwardly said I was there to pick up my order. She then asked again what I ordered and disappeared for several minutes and finally came back with the food. From the time I ordered till I got the pizza it was almost an hour and 40 mins since I had gotten the notification...from a place that has “hot and ready pizza”. From now on I’ll be driving to the South Lancaster location even though it is in the opposite direction of my house.

I have a complaint that was not dealt with. I am a sabbath keeper and was there at 4:20 pm Friday afternoon. I had called earlier, which I had told two employees when I got there I had & wanted two of the two topping LARGE pizza for $5.99 each. I tried to order on-line which kept not going past my zip code. So could not find out the toppings for them. Did see the two toppings for LARGE for $5.99. Did not say anything about only good for on-line orders. So I called at the 3278 Lancaster dr. NE Salem, OR & made sure I could get them for $5.99 price... they said I could & order them on the phone or I could come in and order them. I got the toppings & went to the restaurant to place the order. I was now in a hurry as sundown was at 4;36. They told me I could only order those on-line and they could not order those for me. They would cost $7.99 each. I went through it all stating on the phone they would wither rake the order over the phone or take a walk in. If I would have known that they were not going to take my order at $5.99 I would have not wasted my time going there. It was now after sundown and we had planned it for our Friday night and lunch for Sabbath. We don't do business after sundown so I could not go anywhere else. They said they were sorry, just going by company rules. Talked to the manager and she was the one that said she could not do anything. Manager can make adjustments, give you free things to make customers happy. If nothing is done about this I will no longer do business with Little Caeser's & write a review. Their ad is a SCAM to get you to come in and then jack the price up... most will go ahead and pay extra $2. Thanks. !!/23/24
No quality control whatsoever, was given a "Hot" and Ready pepperoni and it looked like it was in the hotbox for hours. Wasn't even hot just lukewarm. This is what happens when a franchise owner only hires teenagers. Also no hairnets and people without hair ties. Kinda gross.
Avoid this place Dominos is just down the road and 100x better and comparable in price.
