Little Caesars Pizza

Just went to this store. I tried ordering the 7.99 make it a meal that was advertised on their menu. The person helping me not sure if it was male or female said they “couldn’t find it on their system” I pointed it out on the menu. This person was so rude. When I said that is false advertising their response was “ I don’t know i don’t think it’s that serious…this is little Caesar’s”. I asked for their name and was told “I don’t know” they refused to give me their name. I asked for a manager and was told “I am the manager”. I asked to talk to someone else and they said there is no other manager here and I asked to talk to anyone but them. They webt to the back and I could hear them talking about me. The lady that came up was nice, no problem with her. She was able to find the 7.99 deal that I was referring to but by that time the other “manager” said “refuse her” really? I’ve never been treated this way. So unprofessional. I will be taking this to corporate.

I left a terrible review 8 years ago, and relented and went back in on a whim, and Gabby was a breath of fresh air. I haven’t seen customer service this great in a long time. Very welcoming and accommodating. A young girl came in and she was very sweet to her as well. I think you might’ve got my business back on service alone. If I was still in retail management I’d hire her in a second. Give her a raise so she’ll stick around.

Today 10/25/2025 my boyfriend & I went into little ceasers & we wanted to order the pretzel crust one & they told us they haven’t had that one for a month they stopped doing it we were disappointed so we got a meat lovers I’m also disappointed that they don’t wear gloves when they are making the food which they should beyond upset never again will we go there I don’t recommend anyone going to the one on commercial st in South Salem horrible service too also one more thing they don’t fully cook their pizzas or breadsticks they are still doughy.

Tried to place an order online. There is no where to customize the order or leave a note. (Just wanted light sauce).
So I called and got transferred twice (kinda weird) then got transferred to someone who isn’t even at the store who kept telling me she couldn’t do any modifications on here side.
I repeatedly told her I just wanted light sauce and to add a note for light sauce.
Was told the only way I can do that is to go into the store to order. I asked how that made sense and she hung up on me.

What has happened to Little Ceasars? Felt like they were starting to turn into a great pizza place. But this customer service is absolutely terrible.

Now I know that this is supposed to be “affordable” pizza, but can you at least do a better job at cutting your pizza.

Came in 30 minutes until close and there was a crowd of people and 1 dude working hard to try to get all the orders done he handled everything great even while surrounded by negative customers due to turning off the oven he also helped me fix my order in my middle of the chaos. Thanks Brandon!

They were out of a bunch of 2L sodas for a customer. I asked if they had a 20oz Oz regular Pepsi instead of the two liter. The girl said yes. Then customer asked if they could get a 20 oz mountain dew also along with the regular Pepsi to replace the 2 L. She said yes and brang me up Pepsi zero without saying anything and walked away. I noticed it and asked for the regular and she had this cheeky grin saying that she didn't have that. But she knew that and didn't bother telling me and she lied multiple times about the same thing. All she had to do was say we don't have regular Pepsi either. But now I have doubts on whether they were actually out of the regular. That's how evil people are. Blonde hair slightly stocky.

Doing this on purpose deserves to be fired instantly without exception. It was no accident. Just complete lack of care and taking glee in deception and lying.

It's quite a nice little ceasers, it's still the cheap sub-par pizza little ceasers is known for, but it's always fresh from this location in my experience. Plus, they keep a clean restaurant and the staff are really kind!

Every time I come here throw the drive throw I sit for at least 10 mins before anyone takes my order why have a drive throw if it doesn’t work I even honk my horn still nothing fix your drive throw

There never opened anymore commercial st location is never open idk why Google says they open but when I show up doors are locked and ppl in the kitchen and doing pizza stuff 🤷‍♀️ and everything got more expensive

I went in and ordered a pretzel, stuffed crust, pizza. It says it's supposed to have a creamy cheese and a cheese blend with pepperoni. My pizza came undercooked and with the cheese sauce on ONLY 2 pieces of the entire pizza. It was also Very dry from having cheese blend and pepperoni straight on the bread. Not made well at all, Very Very disappointed. I waited for 15mins and drove home to such a disappointing lunch. This was at the South Commercial Little Cesar's.
