I didn't take pictures because i quite literally inhaled my food the second i opened the to-go box.I'm being completely honest, this is the BEST mexican food I've had in Oregon. It's actually tied for first overall.The smell, the flavors, the quality... my mouth is watering just thinking of it. And i only got a Chicken burrito ?Prices are good, staff is friendly, just know they mostly only speak Spanish; they have the translation for all the items on the truck so you'll be fine hahaTheir food runs spicy, so be aware if you can't handle heat spice!(Will definitely be updating this next time i go with photos!)Vegetarian options: Just get your option without meat then its vegetarian i suppose... lol

Literally some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Amazing sauces and quality ingredients. Huge portions. Me and the lady have to go here any time we come through Salem. They have a crunch wrap called the mummia that’s as big as your head.

Took long to get tacos but because the place is hoppin! Fish tacos yucky! But the others we tried were fantastic, asada, pollo, pastor they are huge couldn’t eat more than 3!
