Lottie is wonderful and so is her food! The Basil Fried Rice and the Thai Basil are two of our favorites. We ran into Lottie at PDX a while back and she came over to say hi and chat. She is a very nice person.

I paid $30 for this and it’s the worst thai food I’ve had!!! Food is edible but only because I paid $30!! That’s crazy! The customer service is nonexistent. Either it’s the cook or the person (seems like the owner) purposely cooked crappy food on purpose because they weren’t happy with my tip. Nasty food and ugly personality. The only thing that tastes good is the thai tea. She also forgot the spicy sauce on the side. I said, thank you after receiving my food and she full on didn’t acknowledged me and semi closed the window. This is my first google review ever!! That’s how bad the customer service and food is!! I am a huge local supporter, but never getting food there again.
I was originally going to get a burrito, but figure I take a break and get thai food, I remember it tasting good a year or two ago….so disappointed!

Worst customer service ever today, will never go back, Love Bee hive Station, but the lady running the trailer at Lottie’s, had the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. She was so very rude, with the facial expressions to got with it . I had to walk away and just say no Thank you . Ordered from a different food trailer the habachi was excellent and customer service amazing like always. Will never recommend Lottie’s with customer service like that.

I ordered shrimp pad thai. I thought it was overly salted and too mushy.

The service was not very friendly and she sort of just took her time.We got the "salad" rolls ($10). Mostly full of noodles but, did have a fresh basil/mint flavor and came with peanut sauce(?)...it also didn't close all the way so mess in the bag. We didn't Finnish it.Not really a recommend for me.We mite try it again (that's not the rolls).

First time no one was in thr kiosk inhad eait 10 minutes food was good today 2nd time chicken Pad ke mao looks like vegetables mad ke mao no meet one small piece of chicken. Not good11/11/2023 at 5:20pm.

Always order food here & it's always excellent!! However today I got the #6 and ordered "HOT", very disappointed to get back to work & eat my lunch to find there is ZERO spiciness to my meal. Super annoyed & disappointed, plus the waitress seemed bothered & very short with me as opposed to the regular lady that is super nice & talkative. Subpar service & food this time around.
Best Thai I've ever had! I live out of town so I tried all the places in my town and nothing has come close! I'll be back for more!

I always get the Pad Kee Mow when I come to the food trucks. It's delicious and safe for my super sensitive stomach. I highly recommend it.

Fire pad Thai and dumplings! Haven’t had pad Thai this good in a while and I try and eat Thai often. Very authentic & clean dishes, didn’t feel overly oily or unhealthy by any means. Would love to try more of their entrees but unfortunately we’re just passing through. Hope this place makes a legit store front in their future !
