I went here a couple weeks ago giving them another go after a bad experience a few years ago, and it was just the same as before. I do not want to go back.

Their stir fry vegetables tasted like they were never washed, super bitter and just awful, and it was in a pool of grease which tasted like it hadn't been changed in days! Their gyoza was super greasy too and their cream cheese crab wontons have next to no stuffing and are again overly greasy. I am not trying to be unkind, I am truly not exaggerating.

I love the Love Love Teriyaki and sushi restaurant in Keizer Station and this just is not anything like it.

This is hands down the best location they have. The nicest people work here. The 20-30 year old woman behind the counter with pigtail braids is fabulous in customer service.

I think this might be my favorite shopping center in the entirety of Oregon. Kudos to whoever set up this environment.

sadly this place has gone a little downhill, prices are up of course, and everything is still good. but the soba noodles are thinner, it tastes like they changed their teriyaki sauce. there was less and smaller chicken than before, and there was more veggies than i can remember. the newer cashier is very rude and unhelpful, dismissive and argumentative, will mess up your order and offer for you to let your food get cold while they fix it. a real 180 from before. sad and hope they figure it out.

I was disappointed at this location. I ordered a beef teriyaki bowl that was bland, though my parents seemed happy with their meals. While my family was still dining they were already putting chairs up, even if it was still 7 and they close at 9. The place was decorated with Christan signs and played Christan music. I am not Christian, but I respect others religions. While it was bothering to me, I would not have minded as much if the establishment was clearly religious, but since it was not, the decorations and music were unexpected and felt out of place in a Japanese restaurant.

Went in at 7:45 PM to sit down and have dinner. The restaurant closes at 9:00, yet they had all the chair up and we're mopping the floors. We asked if they were still open, they voiced they were but were not accepting dine in. They then said they could make our food and we could sit down and eat them in the take out containers?

We decided to order to go- whatever. He said it would be 10 mins, we waiting in the car and came back in close to 15 min later.

The cashier attended to other people and did not say anything to us about our order or if it would be out soon or anything.

When we got our order, we went out to the car to leave and decided to check everything before leaving. My boyfriend ordered chicken yakisoba with tofu, but what we got only had tofu.

We went back inside to let them know there was no chicken. The cashier offered to make a side or have the kitchen toss some chicken in, but that it would have been considered a combination and require 8.95 more to get the chicken. My boyfriend voiced that he ordered yakisoba chicken- with tofu... the cashier did not say sorry that he misunderstood- just again said they could make a side for close to 9 dollars.

We left and are not coming back. Food didn't have much flavor, or even any teriyaki sauce... bad service... weren't offered a fix for a mistake... all around bad. Ridiculous to have the dining area closed an hour and 15 minutes before close.

We hadn't eaten here in at least a decade and we totally regret eating there. The salad tasted very bitter, bad, I had to spit it out. The gyoza and the chicken was hard on the edges. The white rice was good. Definitely disappointed 😞

The food is AMAZING!!! However, the whole restaurant smelled like chemicals. I think it’s what they use to wipe the tables off with. But it was so strong you couldn’t even smell the food being cooked. We took our food to go and ended up eating at a park down the road.
