Lucky's Pub has a super comfortable local's vibe. The space is mostly clean -- I can't really hold a few dirty glasses and unwiped tables against a crew of 1-2, especially when the customer service is so exceptional. The bartenders are enthusiastic and friendly, the regulars are (for the most part) mellow and welcoming, and there's a nice variety of relatively private Oregon VLT machines if that's your thing. I'll be coming back, for sure. If this place had a slightly bigger crew on-shift to keep up with cleaning and maybe support a food menu, Lucky's would be an easy 5 stars.

Wow!!!! what a change this place has undergone over the years--from the old europe inn in the 90s to a few slotcinos under several banners--freddie's etc--it's now found it's identity as a mainline social bar of all places! Their outdoor seating is absolutely incredible! Their servers are all very pretty and personable--clean inside and out and ample parking! This is salem's new hidden gem! Cheap drinks too!!!
