No phone #. What business does not list a ph#?
Everything we hoped for and more!
Pecan bun, excellent.
Blueberry and cheese danish, best ever.
Just traveling through, will definitely stop again on the way back.

I love Manna, it's my bakery of choice in Salem! The coffee is delicious from Steelbridge Coffee and the breads/pastries - chef's kiss! My favorite is the pecan roll, but everything I've had is delicious! If I was on my phone, I would post the pic of my mocha and pecan roll because they were perfection!

best bakery in town!
I love downtown businesses in prime real estate that aren’t open actually realistic times! Just like bigwig downtown, how are people with day jobs supposed to go in when you close at 2?
Great original baked goods if you like to try new things!

This is one of my detox sites. Way when someone is playing the piano while I sip on my oat milk latte and nibble on raspberry shortbread.

Showed up here twice and there’s people inside (must be workers) and their signage states open as well as their google listening. Multiple customers lined up to try and open the door and these workers can’t even signal that they are closed just left all potential customers standing outside. Shows the appreciation.

Best bread in Salem. They use great artesian recipes with wholesome ingredients and local grains. Be sure to check out the produce and products there from the Willamette Local Food Coalition. Super fresh and interesting selection from local farms.

This is my favorite breakfast pastry place in Salem. Absolutely everything I've tried (quite a few items) has been incredible. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Staff is friendly. 10/10 recommend
We found this place by surprise, and it was a wonderful surprise!
It's a beautiful space. The lighting is warm, the art on the walls is pleasant, and the tables are wooden. It's a relief to find a place that hasn't moved to the industrial style of decor. It feels very welcoming to humans.
Great bread. I love bread, and the pecan roll made me want to come back again. I hope some of those croissant twists are in my future!
Very good prices on the coffee. I will say that I usually have dark roast coffee, but I tried a medium roast during my visit. It was pretty good... once I let it cool down. If you like to drink your coffee while it's piping hot, the dark roast is probably a better bet.
I'm definitely glad I visited, and I highly recommend it.

Manna Bakery is such a gem in Salem. The space is clean, bright, and inviting, and the staff make you feel right at home. The pastries and baked goods (marble rye) are absolutely delicious and fresh, a perfect mix of comfort and quality. I especially loved the thoughtful touches—when I visited, there was a lovely art display on the walls and even live harp music playing, which made the whole experience feel extra special and memorable.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for not just great pastries, but also a warm and unique atmosphere in the heart of Salem.
