I’ve been here a couple times it’s fantastic. The food is always perfect, extremely clean, always what you ask for, and great customer service!

I ordered a mil horas cake here for my moms birthday party through the phone 3 days before the party they told me they could do it and charged my card. The day of the party I went to pick it up and when I gave them my name they said there was no ordered placed and they didn't have a cake under that name. After some waiting time I finally got to talk to the manager where I sent proof that I called from my phone around 1 pm she checked her phone records and my call was there. She talked to the women that answered my call who told her she didn't remember since she answered many calls that which I understood but I wanted my money back. At this moment the manager was trying to get me to order another cake when the party for my mom had already started at this point. She told me she couldn't give me money back and left it at that. I disappointed in the bakery ended up buying a last minute tres leches cake from another bakery. The next day after my party I get call from the bakery telling me that when they where cleaning at the end of the day before they found my cake at very back and where trying to give it to me a day old and after the party I took it because I knew I wasn't getting my money back. At this Point the kids ate the cake but it definitely tasted funny. With this expirence they lost a regular customer and now I'll be getting my mil horas cake from another bakery.

Ya’ll need to add doors in front of all the pan dulce (bread) because when it sits out hours and hours it loses the sponginess, fluffiness, texture and taste. Add doors to keep it fresh, I won’t be going back. The bread that I got was crusty and stale.

I bought 3 different products. I was looking all over Salem for the best bread of the dead and I found it. Delicious and perfect to share with the family.
The value was quite adequate for the quality, the place and the service.
