We've been getting take out from Marco's Place for several years and they deserve 5 stars for their consistency. We usually get the fish tacos, carnitas and chicken burritos. Their fish tacos, chicken and carnitas burritos have been consistently fresh and made with the same amounts of each ingredient, with every order! I hope they continue to maintain consistency and great customer service for take out!
Regarding their prices: Of course, any restaurant is subject to raise its prices due to rising food costs. Just because it's authentic food, doesn't mean it should be dirt cheap! Four years ago, the fish tacos were about $2.15 each, now they're about $3.00 each. That's a reasonable increase considering the general increase for groceries and eggs! Every restaurant/business has to pay its employees, rent, food & supplies costs, insurance, and other expenses. Hopefully the increases will be reasonable. Even BILLIONAIRE owned restaurant chains, raise their prices!

My favorite taco shop in Salem! The secret red sauce recipe is the best in Oregon and my personal favorites are the carne asada tacos or carne asada fries. Can get very busy during peak lunch and dinner hours, but staff is quick and friendly. Try the pupusas.
