This is the best McDonalds in Salem oregon. The manager is friendly helpful and involved. All the workers are happy. The location is a little rough so close to the capitol but that won’t keep me away. I can only afford McDonalds maybe once or twice a month anymore but when I can I go to this location. Thanks you guys, you are appreciated.

I come here every morning before work and everyone is so sweet and efficient. The women that works the drive through in the morning I belive her name is Gabi, she is an absolute sweetheart and is always able to brighten my day! Whenever I see her she is she is always smiling while she is getting her job done efficiently, and I think that thats amazing.

Service was fast and friendly, and the fries were fresh and not soggy! 👌🏻 After a bad experience trying to order at the local "burger monarch", this was a much appreciated experience. Thank you, especially to the kind lady at the drive through window! Kindness is free and goes a long way! ❤️

The food is amazing but the manager Shannon or whatever her name is.she had glasses and had blonde hair and she was being so rude for no reason and to everyone else too even if your busy or even if you guys are busy you need to maintain a good attitude with ur job you can’t show that typa attitude to customers if you wanna keep them.
Every time we eat at this location the food is overcooked, whether it’s the chicken or the burn buns. It’s dry and clearly been sitting awhile. Disappointing.

Uncooked fries didn’t get me all I asked for waited 20 more minutes for my food all I got was 20 peice chicken nuggets and fries they couldn’t even get that right

What great improvements! Pleasantly surprised by the way staff was willing to help out. So very thankful for the employee that helped me while I was there. But all the staff were very kind and helpful.
