The drive through was really long, so I went inside to go to the counter and I was ignored. I heard someone say customer at the counter twice. Nobody showed up. I left after a few minutes. This place seems to be the opposite of fast food. My lunch is only thirty minutes long. Follow up, the owner wants me to follow up with customer care. They are a dead end with nothing but a 'sorry'. Stop wasting my time with your nonsense.

First time here. Was pleased that my cooked order fries were actually cooked to order. Ask for a sweet and sour and was told that I must be charged 25 cents. So here's a two-star review for your 25 cent dipping sauce for my fries.

Always missing items. Calling the store is worthless. They say you can come and get your missing item after you are already back to work. I have had it with McDonald's and their dishonest practices. That in addition to their expensive sub-par food. I will be deleting the app and taking my business elsewhere.

Stopped here after being in the ER with my partner for hours. I ordered inside and was told I had insufficient funds which I was highly skeptical of but I just bought one item with cash. After eating my one item and still being hungry I decided to go through the drive through and order the other items I wanted because I bet that card reader would work and it did. Idk not like a huge deal and any other day I would have been like weird whatever but being accused of not having McDonald's money and not being able to eat when I was super hungry when I was already having an emotional rollercoaster of a day all because they didn't bother to fix the card reader and decided to lie about it was just shitty.
