Came in at 8am and used the Kiosk but wanted to pay cash. The machine does not work, would not print ticket. Stood at counter for 10 minutes or so. No one would help. It's clear this store doesn't want my money or business ever again

I didn't go inside so I can't really say anything about the atmosphere. If you want a quick drive thru meal on the go it's good for that.

Foods pretty good and the workers are nice but inside the restaurant is kinda depressing and sometimes there's angry homeless people. On time a lady threw her food at the wall.

It was a great experience on a personal level. I had brought my 78 year old Mom and she did her very first order on the kiosk. A medium Strawberry Milk Shake delivered to our table also. I had ordered her and I 1/4lb'er w/cheese and share a medium fry. On my rating the food was normal, the online service was/is above average. The atmosphere was full of 'ethnically confused' hispanic/latino/mexican highschool kids calling eachother the 'n-word' left and right. Do they not know they are not of any sort of African or Ethiopian decent? Other than that, it was a great experience with my Mom. (Still teaching her how to use her cellphone.)

Average McDonald's visit i guess at least their milkshake machine was working that gave them a 4 for food on my ratings. Thats hard to find these days.
My fries were only halfway filled and our mcflurrys were not blended. Next time do I just order a sundae and save money??

I gave it this rating because my husband went to take a bite of his burger and happened to notice a VERY LARGE BLACK HAIR all up in his food.... He pulled it out of his food and was like look what I just found... Must be a new ingredient there using .... ?????Kid-friendliness: Yes
Cold quarter pounder w/cheese. Homeless person kept asking for help so I yelled SOMEONE CALL 9 1 1!!! SOMEONE CALL THE POLICE!!! And the manager came to make the call.
