On April 6th, My friend and I who are white women in America stopped by this location at night. We went through the Drive Thru and the lady at the speaker said we could get just 2 cups of ice which is what I nicely asked for. When we got up to the window, a lady tried to give us something that wasn't ours and when I told her what I had asked for, she said " oh it's not on our computer". That's not my fault. It took a few mins or longer just to get our 2 cups of ice. The lady seemed annoyed. Not sure why. Maybe her panties were dirty. We won't be coming back.

Rude on the phone when I had a question. A lot of the time I get the wrong order. Extremely busy and could definitely use more staff or at least more helpful and pleasant workers.Parking: Not much parking and when you have to park to wait for your order it’s nearly impossible to get in the spots

SLOWEST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!Everytime I've come to this location everything takes soooo long. Today I got in line at 10:05, of course the other lane moved up 5 cars before my lane even moved once. I got to the speaker at 10:31 and they refused to serve me breakfast... What a collosal waste of my time. Then I'm stuck in their incredibly slow line for another TWENTY MINUTES. I wish I could say this is a one off but it's not. Don't come here if you want Fast Food, only if you want slow, mediocre, "food".

I come through at night often, as of lately EVERY time I come through it’s cash only. I came through today and made a mobile order today, which worked and tookmoney out of my bank, but when I pulled up to the window it took them 10 minutes to tell me I have to wait until the systems reset which was another 20 minutes.

Went to this establishment at around 1356. There were two cars in line and it took 13 minutes before I got my food. The frys were cold and soggy, and my sandwich was the same. I guess going after the lunch rush was a bad idea.

I've eaten here for years, the Quality only goes down. Most recently was enough to leave a bad review. Come here to waste your time and energy, please give us the robo-drive thru already.

I asked for a large meal and I got a large drink and a happy meal size fry and I asked for no mustard on my cheeseburger and the put mustard and I’m allergic to it. If I could I would give it a 0 star but since I can’t I give it a 1/10

I ordered a Big Mac , thought I was getting there old fashioned big Mac, and they put on a thick top, but that was terrible. Why are they changing a good old-fashioned burger into what they think is so great. Go back to the better burger bun.

5090 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97306 we came with our kids to eat at this store on January 15 at 6 pm.Ordered food for kids waited more than 30 min for it,a cashier came to us brought us food to go and told us to leave because do to the weather conditions they wanted to close early.kids were waiting for 30 min,and now she is telling us to leave.All crew members were Mexican speaking including manager.There were a Mexican family in the lobby as well and the manager let that family stay.So I told them that we won’t leave until kids won’t finish their dinner.,but the manager told us that she will turn the lights off.The worst service at whole Salem!Everything was bad wait time(it was their fault that they were preparing food for half an hour).They spoke to us very bad.,they didn’t care that there were hungry kids that patiently waited for food for a long time!
