Majority of the employees are friendly and reliable. Except for the brown and blond highlighted hair hispanic girl refused to give my boyfriend and I her name...she was judgemental, failed to give me a receipt.

Drive-thru experience was awful. The woman taking our order kept pausing for long periods of time and then asking us to repeat ourselves. Suddenly, she just wasn't responding at all for at least a solid 4 minutes. We heard her again when she came back onto the drive-thru intercom welcoming us and asking for our order again. We let her know that we'd been in the middle of our order when she just stopped talking to us. She said that she'd been talking and received no response so she went to second drive-thru to take their order. She then asked for us to drive to the last window so she could just take our order there đ We get to there, and the person from the second line was still ahead of us. They proceeded to chat for about 5 minutes after the customer had received her order before she finally left. Once that was done we were finally able to order our two meals. Both orders of fries came out cold. My partner's burger was alright, but mine didn't come with the extra cheese ordered.

If I could give less than one star I would. Not only did it take over 30 minutes to order and get my food, it was the wrong order. The lady did not even verify what I got or anything when giving me the food. I could not tell you what was going on in the store but they were only taking one order ever 10 minutes and still got it wrong. Worst McDonald's in Salem by far.

We often receive fries that are not very hot or have missing items in our order. But the staff is amazing and they're always super busy so we give them Grace. It's nice to be able to utilize deals on the app as well.
this one charges for sauce now. f that. carls jr across the street is way better anyway.

Worst drive thru experience..their fries were cold and stale. They gave me a diet coke instead of a regular coke. Also when we drove to the drive through they told us to wait we waited for 10 minutes before they took our order. So much for fastfood. Also my drink had black floaties in it! I'm so grossed out by this establishment. Will not be coming back

Graveyard shift is a joke they litterally had me waiting in line for 20 minutes because they couldnât take my payment because theyâre machine was ârestartingâ and they just had my food sitting there and when I finally got my food it was cold and stale. The manager sat there and watched this all go down and still served me the stale food. Iâm not one to complain but these people are obviously not running that McDonaldâs right
