To the man with the tiny braided beard thing. You know who you are, and I’m sure many others do. It’s very obvious you did not put salt on our fries simply by how upset you were that we did not want the apple pie instead of a McFlurry. It is no excuse for standoffish behavior. We are in the service industry, you must learn to act like it.

Disgusting everywhere you go in there. Employees are very rude and dont care about anything. Homeless are circulating the place all day long almost all the time. Lastly the food is way small for how much you pay, messy, not fresh, normally cold, and fries are salty just like the workers.

Absolutely abysmal service. I will be complaining to corporate as well. This McDonald’s should not be allowed to operate 24 hours. I was waiting in the drive-through line for almost 45 minutes at 12:30am only to receive two cold snack, wraps, a flat Diet Coke and the ice was all melted, and a large fry that had probably been sitting for half an hour. The employee who took my money was very rude, and touched his face and did not wash his hands afterwards. Very poorly managed location. I would like a refund and apology, and hope either this McDonald’s fixes their overnight staffing issues, or closes. Shame.

I get it, it's McDonald's so not expecting perfection, great quality food, or even for them to get my order right every time. But, they literally messed up my order 9 times in a row. 9 TIMES! At some point you just give up. This location is incapable.

My go-to Mcdonalds, although I have many problems with it. This place is severely understaffed and it does not handle rush hour very well, making the wait times egregious to sit through. Other than that, the food is okay.

This location is THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER.
If i could leave a review with NO STARS, i would!! Come here and you’ll wait 30min for an order with rude staff who will literally lie to your face and laugh at you for asking about an order, or tell you they don’t have any food and then walk away.
This is all of course AFTER you’ve already gotten in drive through line and ordered or accepted an order online
If you’re a delivery driver DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM HERE, your customer will be upset at the wait time and incorrect order. Cause they will not get it right here at all

My fiancé and I waited over 40 minutes in line to pay and receive our food last night at around 1am. It was ridiculous. No apology for the wait and our food was cold once we received it 😭

Majority of the employees are friendly and reliable. Except for the brown and blond highlighted hair hispanic girl refused to give my boyfriend and I her name...she was judgemental, failed to give me a receipt.

Drive-thru experience was awful. The woman taking our order kept pausing for long periods of time and then asking us to repeat ourselves. Suddenly, she just wasn't responding at all for at least a solid 4 minutes. We heard her again when she came back onto the drive-thru intercom welcoming us and asking for our order again.
We let her know that we'd been in the middle of our order when she just stopped talking to us. She said that she'd been talking and received no response so she went to second drive-thru to take their order. She then asked for us to drive to the last window so she could just take our order there 🙄
We get to there, and the person from the second line was still ahead of us. They proceeded to chat for about 5 minutes after the customer had received her order before she finally left. Once that was done we were finally able to order our two meals.
Both orders of fries came out cold. My partner's burger was alright, but mine didn't come with the extra cheese ordered.
