Slow and rude service but the freshest breakfast biscuits and McMuffins around. A bit hard to get to, I had to drive in a spiral to get to the drive thru entrance.

The staff should be more attentive while doing their job in the restaurant, because it took them a long time to process order #200 from 7/13 at 1:00 p.m. It took about an hour!

McDonald's should be standard... but this drive thru was horrific. 53 minutes in the drive thru lane, messed up our order, unfriendly service. I wasn't in a hurry, fortunately, but others were jumping the curb. Not convenient for an off freeway location.

I sat in the lobby for almost a half hour before my food actually got to me. 10 minutes into that wait I had asked an employee if I could refund my food as I was in a hurry, to which they responded they would get their superior who never came. On actually looking at my food, which was only two double cheeseburgers and a large fry, the cheeseburgers were smashed so horribly that the buns ripped while peeling them off the patty, and the fries were soggy from the grease and cold. Worst experience with a McDonalds I have had here in Salem, not going to this location again.

They do a good job, I've been working at a store near this mcdonalds for almost a year and they have never messed up any of my orders, the neighborhood isn't pretty but the staff does a good job

Made a big order and the crew deleted our order and it was not in their system. We have been waiting for more than 35 minutes and have not received our order. I am currently typing this as we are waiting for our food. The men's bathroom is very dirty. The crew members were standing around and were not moving to get the orders done. More than 5 customers have ordered and received their to-go, while the customers inside are still waiting. Very angry and disappointed.

Pulled into drivethru gave our points # from the app, ordered and was in line for over 30 min before I even reached the second window to pay.(by now there’s 5-7 cars behind me with no way to exit) Pulled up to the window and they had lost our order and had to type it in again.(we did not receive our points from the ap because of this). 20 more minutes go by before we get handed our food. We asked for a receipt and the guy walked away comes back and asks me what I want. I said “my receipt please” then he just says “well the machine is out of paper” and walks away and I pulled away no receipt no points and the whole ordeal took over an hour

Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Placed an online order at 8:45. Called at 9 to see if they got it (two sundaes btw) they said they were working on it. We go into the drive through and ask again and they say pull through. We proceed to wait almost 45 minutes in line just to pull up and have the guy at the window ignore us for a few minutes then hand us the wrong drink without saying a word. No apologies for the wait time or anything. We looked inside and there were two people one was making happy meal boxes and the other was drinking orange juice. This was also a curbside order. No refund or even an acknowledgement.

Walked in to get food at 9 pm it was empty except a few cars going through the drive through I stood there for at least 15 min in the first few min 3 people knew I was there seen me standing there and after I stood there for 12 min or so I got so mad I had to just walk out slammed the door and told them they suck at their easy ass job and they think they deserve to make more money HELL NO!! Less all day! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
