Worst McDonald's and im not one to complain but literally sat there for 20 minutes after ordering 1 sausage mcmuffin and im literally watching people ordering and leaving with big orders and the staff keep walking by ignoring me saying 1 second. Acting like they are busy with customers and will get to me when they can. After it died down they finally go how may we help you. I said I just want my order I placed 24 min ago. She then asked to see my receipt and walked off and then came back and said sorry I lost your receipt bye...

Corporate need to look into this very seriously they had hair in all my food and they need to be taking this seriously this is disgusting yes they made my food again but still need to brought up I saw multiple woman workers not having there hair up at all only a few were but they need more training classes

If three hungry people showed up here with unlimited money, they'd all starve. I've been here 3 times. First time I got a refund more than 30 minutes later because they hadn't even started cooking my food. Second time it took 23 minutes and I had to complain again, and literally point to my food bag on their counter and ask them to give it to me. Third time there were zero other people in the store and it took 15 minutes to get my food, and I again had to ask for a refund before they gave me my food which was apparently sitting on their inside counter.

This seems to be one of those locations that clears all the orders to show them complete, just to make their numbers look better to corporate. So if you order in store, you have to actually complain and have an argument to even get your order. Worst McD's I've been to ever

This McDonald’s like a few others are promoting the hello Kitty ninja turtle toys for happy meals and then when you purchased a happy meal, you get a different type of toy.. The organization should not be allowed to false advertise on what they have for happy meal toys, and not produced a toy that you’re purchasing with the meal..

My food took at least half an hour to come. We dropped a drink and after we offered to clean it up and the worker said they would do it and then never did. When my food came I didn’t get my drink that I ordered and when I went up to the front to ask for my drink I was acknowledged but then never given my drink despite asking multiple times.
