This is by far the most up and down McDonald's I've ever been to. I've had great experiences and bad over the past countless years. Lately it seems that staff is inconsistent and not happy to be a team player. When interviewing they should ha e part of the criteria be asking this question; "are you lovin it"? I'm not lovin it lately. Get Hamburglar doing interviewing maybe. 3.6 for this McDonald's

Cold pancakes , they only give you 1 syrup for 3 pancakes and if you ask for more they charge you. Kinda ridiculous. If u sell me pancakes I expect enough syrup to cover them without having to pay extra

First time at this McD - The lady at the window wasn’t very friendly. I had to repeat myself numerous times at the speaker just to be told that it’d be a 10-15 minute wait when I got to the window as the “fryer hadn’t been started”. Instead I requested to switch an item — which was done, but when I got my food it wasn’t hot. Idk, I’m a little confused. There’s lots of McDonald’s in Salem so I’ll probably choose another next time.
