I made my order at the kiosk and went to the counter to pay and ask for my cup. The lady behind the counter served someone, walked passed me twice, looked right at me, and continued to ignore me. I stood there waiting for about ten minutes before I crumpled up my ticket and left.

I felt a little rushed this morning ordering through drive through with no car behind me. My husband ordered 2 breakfast burritos and asked if it came with tomatoes. The person taking the order said it comes with no tomato with a bad attitude. I hadn’t finished with my part of my order when the person taking the order asked twice if we were still ordering. In my opinion, the way they were saying it came across as rude. So we didn’t add more to the order. We paid came came home to eat. When my husband started eating the first thing we noticed was the tomato inside of the breakfast burrito 🤦♀️ luckily he’s not allergic to tomatoes. But I can’t imagine what would have happened if it were someone else in a time crunch with a tomato allergy. Pretty disappointed

The place is great. Employees are nice. Playplace is great for the kids. This was the first men’s bathroom that I can remember that did not have a baby changing table. Don’t know if they have that in the woman’s bathroom. Would be nice if they did for those single dads out there.
We placed an order through the app, as we pulled into the Walmart. We were in Walmart for 25 minutes at the most, and when we went to pick up our order they refused to give it to us. They first insisted we hadn't paid for it even though my husband showed them a screenshot of the receipt, because their app had glitched and wasn't showing the check in option anymore saying we had to order and pay again. When I showed the proof of payment on my bank app, they then said it was because they'd received the order an hour ago (not true) and told us we should only submit an order when we were pulling in - which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for pickup. ? The manager or lead on duty was very rude about it, and we were frustrated by the entire situation. I recommend not going to this McDonald's for pickup orders!
