20 plus people in line they get all the other orders wrong then when I FINNALY after 20 minutes get my meal it's wrong as well. They need better staff and more polite people lady at the counter was super rude

going drive thru is the biggest pain in the century. today the workers didn't even bother with trying to be polite. im 19, i dont usually care about perfect customer service, just being a good person. these girls were genuinely so rude it has left me feeling really annoyed and displaced with my day. i work in a restaurant, and that isn't even a dash of customer service. not to say, they also got remnants of strawberry shake in my chocolate one, which is. sad.

I did not enjoy my experience at this McDonald’s because of how much the cashier person interacted with me and I was confused to drive up forward or to stay at the first window because they never told me and they barely talked to me. After eating their big Mac I felt so sick I had to puke it back out not only was the Big Mac gross but I found a white big piece of “lettuce” that was hard. I would not recommend this place at all and Iam now dealing with pain in my stomach, thanks.

Every table was dirty. Multiple soda's were out. Ice machine barely gives ice. The garage is over flowing. The employees are rude and the manager isn't any better. Just a joke of a gast food place

when someone orders a double quarter pounder with cheese plain it doesn't mean remove the freaking cheese it means remove everything except the cheese... how hard is it to get that right? i am making your job easier and you are still messing it up constantly.... waste of money, time, and energy... and these kids want 20$ an hour to mess orders up non stop? hah.......

Poor quality food at 230 in afternoon.meat and buns burned , cheese was hard and half off the bun, fries were cold. Total waste of money and very disappointed
