Very clean restaurant including bathrooms. Everyone was kind and helpful. The Play structure was really nice to see as well. Wish all McDonald's had play structures.

Update 12/12/25: This place still sucks. I ordered 2 large fries and received 2 large fry boxes half filled.

I ordered through the mobile app because I was grabbing lunch for work, I went through the drive-through and they told me a sense. I ordered a no salt that it’s gonna take a little longer, which is completely fine. I waited another eight minutes. They completely forgot my sauces as well as I got an uncooked fries. even the McDonald’s in West Salem is better than this

I really want to give this store a good review because I like the workers, however the food is quite bland. I asked for extra salt on my fries and they almost taste like no salt and my burger bun was mushy? Mixed feelings. But super chill people. Slow service but I’d rather have slow service and nice people than speedy service & rude people for sure

SHAME ON CORPORATE and RICKEY STREET SALEM McDonalds. My daughter in law ordered food for herself and my youngest daughter through the McDonald's App with a 20% discount. She had confirmation. Pictures of their screen and hers are attached of the entire transaction. She paid and it was taken out of her account. She went to the store with my husband, and was told there was nothing they could do. Because they are a corporate store. That's RIDICULOUS. Almost an hour and a half later. Her $22 dollar meal, cost her an additional $29 dollars. So, $51 dollars for two meals and some extra sauce. She got this little green card to contact some BS email, that nobody will probably responds to. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They gave me a number to take to my table of choice and sit and wait and they would serve it to me when it was done. So I'm waiting around like 30 minutes and nothing comes . So I go back up to get my food and she told me she already gave me my food. I said not mine because I didn't get my food yet . So the manager over heard us . And got me my food . And the cashier who took my order and gave me my number was arguing with the manager and I walked away.

Mc Donald's is good, but the homeless is bring this place down. Homeless man when I was driving out from getting my food hit my dog. Yes my dog was barking at him, but he had no right to hit my dog. My dog was seatbelted into my car, he was in no danger. My dog is not mean. They should not be sitting that close to where the customers drive out.
