I was about to have my 21st birthday party and hoped to order a cake and cupcakes. This proved a challenge in the past since I'm gluten-free and vegan. I'm so happy I found Mimi's Cupcakery! With only a few day's notice, the bakery was able to make a beautiful allergy-friendly cake and delicious cupcakes. Everyone at the party loved the sweets. The cake was fantastic. You couldn't even tell they were gluten-free. The owner is so warm and welcoming as well. I will forever appreciate the bakery's kindness.

My desire for pastries and cakes were 100% satiated thanks for this wonderful and adorable spot of commercial street. I had driven past it several times but never had a chance to stop there before. Yummy vegan and gluten free options! Plus regular. Best shop around!!! Incredible flavor and service. 10/10 try them out! Only thing I’d recommend is their coffee brand isn’t good..at all... It tastes like bulk poor quality. That’s the only upgrade I’d recommend. Local coffee brand to roast perhaps! Just an idea.
They’re also kid friendly and have music events.

Mimi’s made us cupcakes for my Mothers 80th birthday. They were absolutely beautiful! We chose different flavors and icings and she decorated them like they came from The great British bake off! Everyone was so impressed and we had two vegan/gluten-free cupcakes that were just as delicious. Thank you for making this event extra special!
It is very clear these guys are new.I'm not sure if we picked a bad day or what was going on. When we went in (rite after they opened for the day), the selection was very small and the ones we did get seemed left over from the refrigerator. We tried several...the double chocolate was gluten free and vegan, and I fricken loved it. Then we tried the coconut caremel and well.....not so much a like. It was dry and frosting was hard (like it was left over from the day before and they just took it out of the fridge)...flavor wise it was ok but serious sugar overload. The other was a classic vanilla....same thing applied. It was dry and the frosting was hard on top like it had been in the fridge for days.Service was friendly enough. She seemed like she was not awake yet. When I went back up to ask about the cupcakes (to understand why they where the way they were) she didn't even come to the counter.The shop is cute and kitchy. Some clutter at the counter. Overall clean and bright.A bit spendy for what you get rite now. Not a recommend but, we will try again in a couple months.
