Easily some of the best Thai food in Salem. The inside is small, quiet, and extremely pleasant. It's like going to a family member's house. And if you ask for spicy, you can actually get spicy!

I enjoyed this place everytime I've gone. She is very polite and friendly. The food is delicious and she can turn everything on the menu into vegan. I recommend that if people haven't been by their yet. They should go and try it out. Nice cozy little place for family's to enjoy a nice dinner.

This is the spot if you like Thai and Lao cuisines... And the pho is so good too. Very friendly service, delicious fresh food, and a comfortable setting. My daughter said the pad Thai was the best she'd ever had, and I would have to agree actually. I was loving the garlic stir fry just as much. Just go get some, you won't regret it.

If you’re on a lunch break from work, I don’t recommend this place; they are very slow, about 40 min from when I arrived to when I left, and I only got one order of pho, nothing else.
Myself and others were forgotten about, and there were only a handful of people there (I think only three people when I left).
Food was pretty good, not the best, not the worst. No basil which was weird. But the service is just too slow.
If you’re not in a rush at all, it’s worth trying out. But they seemed overwhelmed with 4-6 customers, I think a modest lunch rush would break them.

The service and atmosphere were good, but the food did not taste great. It's just not very authentic for the price, slightly burnt, and very salty. Loved the spice level and the rice. The boba was delicious but honestly kinda weird, like artificial flavors. I hate writing bad reviews, and maybe it was just an off night, but we won't be back.

Mango sticky rice was horrible I got a to go order ..the only good thing about it was the sticky rice they gave me a rotten soggy mango all brown nothing like the picture online and they added some red sauce to it which was also gross
Such an amazing restaurant! My partner and I have attempted to come every week since we first visited. We were absolutely blown away by the yellow curry and were ordering that for a while (can't get tired of it!). I adventured out and tried the beef pho and also potstickers and wow!! This is the best pho I've had in Salem and the potstickers are perfectly most but also have a good sear on them.
The staff are also super friendly and they make their food fresh so it comes out as fast as they can make it (pretty quick considering the amazing quality of the food). We're always in the clean-plate club unless we take home leftovers.
We also ordered on Doordash and that was a flawless experience for us.
Please do yourself a favor and come to Mina's!

Mina is so sweet and funny, she came out to visit with everyone to make sure they liked their food. The food was amazing! I’m not a huge dessert person, but The cheesecake quesadilla was so delicious ! I can’t wait to go back 😅
