This is how they just delivered the Cake that we ordered, they told us that they did not have lids and when we told them that it was unhygienic to transport it like that because of the dust or anything else that could fall on it and the person who claimed to be the owner approached and told another girl that they should return my money because They didn't have covers. Obviously I told her she couldn't be so rude for asking for a cake topper. This place already has a reputation for bad customer service but it hasn't happened to me. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't go to this place.

Went and got my mom some bread and a customer accidentally dropped a bread on the floor gave it to the counter lady and when that lady left she gave it to a worker to put back on the shelf. I turned around and left not good to do in front of customers and the floor was really dirty

The old ladies that work there are very rude. I went in to place a cake order and one of the ladies had me waiting while she helped out others. Have in mind I was first in line. I just left after that. I had also ordered a mil ojas cake last week and they wanted to charge me more for having the fruit separately. Which is ridiculous since the they still charged me for the fruit but didn’t give me any. I honesty think the ones messing up the cake orders are the people working at the front and not the bakers.
