You guys are always the best but today was on another level. I've worked customer service and the way the pizza maker handled the person ahead of me was top notch. The ability to deal with a difficult customer and not miss a beat and then handle me and a large wave of the beginning lunch rush reminded me that there are good customer service workers out there. Not only did your pizza make my day better, but seeing your good nature brightened my day too.

Love this place and it seems that everyone else does to the line can be long and take a little time to get through, but the food is always so good. I normally get through the one on Lancaster a little bit faster, but same great service and food.

Over all cool place, but not my best experience today. Walked in today for lunch with burnt pizza smell. Should have noted that from the beginning. 2 Cauliflower pizza crusts over cooked. Showed 2 staff, they offered the break off the crispy edges of the pizza for us. No thanks.

Love the fresh pizzas and toppings. Staff are pretty friendly. The ONLY reason I gave a lower star rating is because the shoddy technique used to coax customers back in somewhat regularly. I received an email saying that a certain amount of earned points (for having chosen to spend my hard-earned money there buying pizza over time, instead of buying elsewhere) would EXPIRE! Penalizing customers for not coming in often enough to spend money is really, really, unethical and of poor taste. Our family's money is better spent where I don't lose points for not eating there super often.
Update: they have like a 50% mistake rate. I decide to give them a chance every once in a while, and they mess something up consistently. Employees are incompetent. Worst mod pizza I’ve been to by far.
Every time I go here the workers struggle to get anything right. Tonight I got there and asked if my pizza was ready, and the employee said it should be soon without even checking. Waited 15 mins and still no pizza, despite them having a ticket for it. I asked for a refund and they gave me cash instead of asking if I wanted it charged back to my card. When I asked for a refund to my card, he said it was too late since he opened the cash register. Typical low-end, thoughtless employees.

The only reason I gave them one star is because I can't leave a 0. This place refuses to serve people who exercise their 2nd ammendment and carry a firearm. I will never eat a a mod again.
