Came here on a slow night. There were 2 workers making pizza. Waited about 20 minutes just for them to take my order since they were prioritizing online orders over in person. Waited another 25 minutes in store just to find out they gave my order to someone else. Had to remake it and wait. By far the worst customer service and location I have ever experienced.

I'm done going to this location. I used to work in wilsonville and I got MOD almost weekly and it was always on point, loaded with ingredients, dough streched out properly and most importantly it was NEVER burnt. This location always burns the pizza, if you do online they really don't care and is never right, you have to go in and babysit the employees thru the making process. they can't even keep the marionberry lemonade stocked. This owner needs to take notes from wilsonville and train there employees properly.

Mod pizza is great. You get to choose how many toppings you want for one price. They have very healthy options.
The last few orders on separate occasions I have received have been burnt and pizza was rock hard. So I took my 5 star review down to 3 because it has happened more than once.

Great concept. Pizza would be so much better if they started with better ingredients !! Everything is shipped in prepared. No flavor in the cheese and sausages are pre cooked pebbles... reminds me of dog food. So close and yet so far, buy better ingredients.

The last two times I’ve been to this restaurant I can’t believe the unsanitary practices I’ve witnessed behind the counter. Last night I watched a staff wear gloves and pick up a piece of trash from the ground then walk back to working behind the counter and serving food without changing her gloves.
I ordered three pizzas, each with extra meat. Every pizza included extra pepperoni (the maximum I received on one was 8 slices—one in the center and 7 around the edge), extra salami (the highest on one pizza was 6 slices on the outer edge), a few olives, and on one, I requested pineapple (which came with 6 small wedges). I asked for three types of cheese on each pizza, but if there was cheese, it was very minimal. One pizza was undercooked, while the other two were significantly overcooked. This marks my third visit to the location on Center Street, and unfortunately, each time the portions have been small and the pizza quality has not met expectations. In contrast, I do not experience these problems at the South Salem location, where when I request extra, I actually receive it.
