MOD Pizza is generally a bit fast-food, but it can still be done well. The staff at this location did very well. Right from the start, Jess was friendly and helpful, and did a great job making our pizza and salad. Everyone was friendly and just seemed to click. Even during a bit of a rush, they seemed to help each other out, and all of the customers were helped quickly and efficiently. The food was great, too! Highly recommend the cauliflower crust cooked to crispy.
Love the ability to customize salads and pizzas. Staff has always been friendly.

We ordered two pizzas late evening. It seemed like staff just wanted to get out of there and when they cooked our pizza it was still extremely doughy are raw in the middle! So we talked to the female manager on shift and decided we wouldn't like the free pizza coupon as we don't wish to return to this establishment again! She told us our order would be refunded and made us throw away the pizza in the garbage in front of the pizza place! So we did this as it was inedible anyhow! Fast forward about a week and we still have no refund for our order and the manager was very rude!! I'm disgusted by this handling of our issues and am very impatiently waiting for my money to be returned for pizza your staff forced us to throw away in front of them!!! I won't ever recommend or return to this establishment!

I'm so happy that I live so close by to Mod Pizza. My boyfriend and I usually go on a weekly basis and their Pizza never disappoints. I love that we can build it the way we want each time. It's great that they have an app with rewards.

We used the App and ordered for a lunch pick up... it was ready on time, tasted great and the team they had working were very friendly! We were missing a topping and we had a protein mix up with the salad but nothing that would make us not go back, it happens! We love the folks at our Lancaster location!
