Stopped in to get 2 pizzas one for my wife and I and the other for my kids today and my order was prepared and taken perfect by Hayly and Dahl cooked them just right to perfection. Great job ladies on providing your great skills and expertise with Mod Pizza family…..will most definitely be back!!!

Vegetarian options: They make it how you like it and they didn't skimp on the toppings.
Dietary restrictions: When we mentioned one pizza was dairy free, they changed their gloves to make it and offered dairy free cheese. They also used a new cutter on it to ensure no dairy got near it. They really paid attention to the details

love coming here! but me and my partner were here recently and we were kinda brushed off and given a mean side from the employee serving us. not sure if dining in is for us after that… we usually come here just because it’s known to be friendly but now i’m not so sure 💔 she made us feel like a burden and like we were wasting her time.

Can't really weigh in on the atmosphere, as we didn't dine in, but 2 of our pizzas were incorrect (1 had no sauce, 1 didn't get olives that were ordered). The 2 we got that were correct tasted pretty good, but I don't think we will be in a hurry to return.

Ordered the pizza online. Waited 25 minutes. Went inside was told it would be another 7 minutes. Waited another 25 minutes and then we got the pizza and both were under cooked and soft and oily and the pesto was flowing off the top of the pizza. I waited 57 minutes for bad soft uncooked soggy pizza. I told them to remake it so now I have to wait another 25 minutes. Wow what a waste of time.

My family just ordered two pizzas and a cheesy bread with the plant based cheese. When my daughter opened up the CT west bread she was concerned it wasn’t vegan because there were bubble imprints that appeared to be torn off. Same with the pizza in the parts where there were cheese by the crust. The rest of the pizza appeared to have the cheese either scraped off or not added. What do you think? Either way the people told my daughter it was plant based cheese but this is the worst I’ve ever seen a pizza made. Hope we can get a refund and try again at a different location. Our family has a diary intolerance.
