Momiji Sushi Restaurant - West Salem

Everyone was very nice. Got our food within the time for pick up . Had everything ready and gave us extra sauce/ utensils upon request. Very great.

Great value, great fresh sushi, great staff, great music, great vibe.

We're visiting from a state/region that have really good, but really expensive, fussy sushi restaurants. This was our first visit to this local chain and possibly the first sushi we've eaten in Oregon. The West Salem location is in a cute little house - much more pleasant than a strip mall setting, with plenty of parking all around.

What I immediately appreciated about this business is that it has obviously been thoughtfully constructed. From the food menus that include full ingredient lists and clear descriptions of what's included, to take-away containers that are sized perfectly for sushi and that seal tightly to prevent a mess, it's immediately clear that this business is run by people who think about customer comfort and execution.

I love what they’ve done here.

When i think about all the times I've stared at a menu with items named but not described, and about how so many businesses these days just can't seem to manage to function without screwing things up, I have a lot of appreciation for an operator that cares about getting it right.

The other customers seemed happy to be there, too. We're happy and eager to support this locally-originated, local chain and hope they continue to channel the positivity we saw today.

where did my points go? do you even know what loyalty means? you switched programs, again, and all my points vanished. i mean, its not like there arent dozens of other places in town that have the same exact food as you do. time to try those. bye 👋

Sushi quality is A++ and so is the hospitality

I have eaten at 5 different Momiji's across Salem and Albany. This location- West Salem is the best in terms of service and atmosphere. The food at this location was perfect!
My husband and I ordered delivery from this location when living near, but today was the first time I have eaten in. So glad I did. Will be in the lunch rotation for myself and friends!

Had an online order that I went to go pick up. Waited there for 40 minutes. 3 employees asked if I had been helped and each one checked for my order and apparently they were still working on it. Last employee checked and turns out my order was right there where the previous employees had “checked”. Got home with cold nasty food.

Its ok. For fast food it will do the trick but not winning any awards. Service was crap. Better ask for more wasabi and pickled ginger cause they are stingy with it. In my opinion skip this place and go to the all you can eat place on Lancaster about the same cost .

Salem was a great server. Very friendly, offered clarification as needed and was very attentive.
