Food was SLOW! Service even slower! And we dropped something on the floor - horror show like the place has NEVER been cleaned. Yuck! Will not be back to this location. What a letdown.

Horrible service! Rude staff.They tried to make my husband pay for water when other customers were offered free drinking water. While he was waiting for his food he asked for a cup of water to drink. The staff said no and that he would have to buy a water to-go, but he didn't want a to-go water he want to drink it before he left. My husband believes that he is being discriminated against. He should not have to pay for a cup of water if other customers aren't expected to. Even if you call it a how you do things there. I think it is illegal. We will be looking into this matter.

This is the 1st time we have tried Momiji's and I can tell you we Will NEVER Come back! We have waited for over an hour for food for a 6 items. The restaurant is NOT BUSY total of maybe 15 people. 2 parties of 6 not together. We arrived at 7pm and ordered the other part of 6 showed up around 730pm received their food within 15-20 mins regular items off the menu. 2 other couples arrived and were seated ordered and received their food as well in 15mins We had to cancel our appetizers at 810. We got 1 plate of 4 rolls and then about 10 mins later we got 2 entires chicken. The guy that sat us and took our order was nice and the girl that brought out our food was a little snotty girl. This place is a joke. Good luck if you keep treating customers!

I’m editing my review to 1 star. This was previously my location of choice, when they first opened their sushi was good, it was fresh, and until recently they have gone downhill fast, they are no longer consistent and their rolls are no longer fresh. It is always a hit or miss lately and today when I ordered a Salem roll I got a dried up roll with just cream cheese and brown avocado, no salmon in it at all not even a small piece, the sushi rice was dry and hard it it tasted and looked like it was days old it was completely inedible, see photo below. I won’t be back.

This is an okay sushi spot. It's Salem so you know it to expect. The service here was good, although they did forget one of our orders. After we reminded them of two orders they still forgot one. But that's okay. The quality of the sushi was decent. Not great but just decent. They can accommodate large groups here and the services quick and at least friendly.
