THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD AT NANCY JOS! THIS IS A GO TO FOR MY BOYS WHEN THEY WANT MILKSHAKES SO WE ORDERED FRIES AND ONION RINGS AND THIS WAS THE POOREST QUALITY OF FOOD WE'VE EVER RECEIVED FROM NANCY JOS ON MARKET ST -OUR 1ST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION & OUR LAST!
MY 5 YEAR OLD ONLY EATS ONION- IN ONION RINGS FROM NANCY JOS AND THIS WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT!

I had the BLT. It didn't look like the picture, but it was good. Cajun fries are pretty spicy but also good. Filled the belly.

Asked for Bacon cheeseburger and got the worst mess I've ever had. Didn't follow my order and added what they wanted. Asked for refund and was denied. This was my first time at Nancy's and it will be my last. Nancy train your people better. Good bye and thanks for stealing my money.

My boyfriend and I went to Nancy Jo’s today. I have been here before and really enjoyed the food. The service however, was wildly incompetent. There was a new employee, which is fine, however there were miscommunications in which led to another employee to come to me and allow alterations to my order this one time. I thanked the employee, we received our food and left. I then open my food at home to find that the alterations to my food were not made, and toppings were missing as well that come on the food to begin with. The food, while still great, was incorrect and the communication between staff seems to need improvement.

Staff was rude. Discouraged us from ordering. Food not up to standards. They should have just locked the doors if they didn’t want customers.

I drive from Tennessee for this place! Highly recommend. Very hospitable and accommodating. I arrived 10 min before closing time and was treated as if it was mid shift. Thank you very much.

Never had a bad experience at Nancy Jo's, and I drive up from Eugene to eat here because the hamburgers are that good and the French fries are amazing...

Two stars for the excellent service, but this place has gone down hill significantly. To be called Nancy Jo's and serve burgers that taste like the freezer is wild.

i’m honestly just upset because I always come here to this location specifically. Since I’ve been pregnant all I want is their corn dogs. Which I learned today I have to specifically order as a German corn dog. Because if you go through the drive-through and you ask for corn dogs, as the guy put it on the phone “ We assume it’s for kids corn dogs”. I wasn’t rude. I just said like that’s not what I wanted and they should clarify with people which one they’re trying to order. The guy just told me to “sorry. I shouldn’t assume. have a good day” and hung up on me. It sucks lol I’m probably gonna go to The center Street location now. Still got to satisfy the pregnancy cravings somehow lol

If you’re looking for a classic style burger joint from the American hey day but with modern updates - this it!!

(Modern updates mean cool new toppings like bbq sauce, peanut butter, etc).

Also, this place has the best fries hands down.

My burger was juicy and greasy in the best way possible. Loved it. Also shook by hot delicious the fries are.

Regular customer here. What did you guys do with your fry sauce? I had my order delivered and they gave me tarter sauce instead of fry sauce

Good place to stop for a decent cheeseburger. The guys working there are friendly and fast.
