Nancy Jo’s Burgers and Fries

Best burger I’ve had in a minute. Fries were also 10/10. Fast service, friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

My order was wrong, so I had to have them remake it and they didn't seem happy at all to have to do it. When I got my new order, I could tell I was right about them not being happy about having to do it because the first order looked amazing like it was cooked with love, now the second order didn't look like it was made with love at all. It literally looked slapped together. They tasted TOTALLY different even though there was only a one ingredient difference - the difference is it wasn't made with love

The bacon burger was perfect. The patty was cooked to perfection, and the bacon was just right, flavorful and just crispy enough to fall apart when you bite into it. The topping selection is great, enough to build your perfect burger.

Good burger. The amount of fries they give is actually ridiculous. Not complaining but I feel like I could take them home to feed a family of four.

Asked for Bacon cheeseburger and got the worst mess I've ever had. Didn't follow my order and added what they wanted. Asked for refund and was denied. This was my first time at Nancy's and it will be my last. Nancy train your people better. Good bye and thanks for stealing my money.

My boyfriend and I went to Nancy Jo’s today. I have been here before and really enjoyed the food. The service however, was wildly incompetent. There was a new employee, which is fine, however there were miscommunications in which led to another employee to come to me and allow alterations to my order this one time. I thanked the employee, we received our food and left. I then open my food at home to find that the alterations to my food were not made, and toppings were missing as well that come on the food to begin with. The food, while still great, was incorrect and the communication between staff seems to need improvement.

I drive from Tennessee for this place! Highly recommend. Very hospitable and accommodating. I arrived 10 min before closing time and was treated as if it was mid shift. Thank you very much.
