I've read mixed reviews about Nancy Jo's and so thus far avoided it. In a pinch, we were pretty desperate for lunch and so gave it a try. It was mostly pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the burgers were cooked well. The fries, while tasty, did have some potatoes with green parts. We just picked those out. I would eat here again.

The staff were great, very frindly. The only reason it was four stars is that they forgot one of our fries and they only put a small squirt of chili on a chili cheeseburger, that really made the burger dry. Love their beyond burgers and onion rings best around. Which made us disappointed.

can't share about how the food is....have been sitting here for an hour and 15 mins and counting....everyone has been served after us. still not food. have been asked about 6 different orders that were not even ours.
The market street location Looks like they should have waitress on skates,burger was good,but the clerk didn't give me all my change or she didn't know how to count..but I "let it go"..!!! Don't get the all beef hot dog,no favor /the fries were fair and plenty of other choices are

We celebrated a birthday at Nancy Jo's on Market Street. There were ten of us and one baby. The staff was friendly and cheerful and had the tables set up for us before we got there. The burgers, fries and chicken strips were excellent. The food came very quickly after we ordered. It was a great experience, and we highly recommend Nancy Jo's on Market St.
I gave this a 4 mostly for the food. The buyers and fries ate great. In fact, I have had to dial back what I order because there is so much. The service, for a fast food place is fine, they are friendly and food was prepared fast enough. It was the drive-thru that was the biggest problem. I waited for what felt like forever to have anyone acknowledge me and take my order. It was also not clear if the food was going to be brought out or if I had to go in, just an awkward set up. The atmosphere is simply outdated, but my food was to go, so...
