Great food, their onion rings are probably the best in town, not overly done. Its great when you order your burger a special way, you get it that way.

I stopped here with my family for burgers and they ended up getting the grilled cheese which they said were excellent. I had the bacon burger and I was perfectly cooked with onion rings.. we ordered 2 regular fries to realize we could have ordered just one. The small is good for just one person otherwise I suggest to split a regular between two maybe even three children. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Burger was thin, lettuce was wilted, more bun than burger, terrible. Milk shake was liquid not a shake practically all milk and the fries were a pile of oily limp mush. Never going back!

Actually a one of my favorite places in the recent years, but a lot changed in the last year. Quality is down, wrong orders and unfriendly staff are some of the issues. If you lucky and they have a good day you'll enjoy a great meal.

The restaurant is set up for takeout style. You receive your order in a paper sack. There are plenty of tables,inside, for you to use.

Food is delicious, staff is really friendly. Atmosphere is pretty quiet perfect for a date or just a nice quiet place to eat.

I used to really like going here, it was a great place to get a tasty burger and fries. Recently they jacked up the Beyond burger prices and made the burger smaller. I also got a large fry and it was between a small and medium amount of fries. I came away very hungry having paid too much for my small meal. They also changed the lettuce options, which is a small thing but icing on the cruddy cake. Definitely going somewhere else next time.

I have been a faithful customer since your store opened in S Salem. I have never come away hungry like that and had my food be served in such small portions. Why would you disrespect a customer by calling them a liar? This is terrible customer service. The large fry was served to me as the portion I said, much much smaller than normal. The basket was half full. The burger was not the same size as normal no matter how you say it is prepared. You did not eat my meal. I have eaten there one other time when the burger was too small, but that time it looked scrapped off the grill, like some had been lost to the floor. This time it was just 2/3s the size it should have been. How am I, a customer to know how things are done? If what you say is true then clearly you have an employee problem. How dare you blame this on me. The reason I am mad about the price is 1) I came away very hungry having paid more. Unacceptable. And 2) the beyond burger was 3 dollars more than the meat burger. I cannot eat the meat burger.
The lettuce issue was small. The menu sign no longer said two types of lettuce that I could see and the cashier was so distracted that he did not mention any other lettuce. In fact, we were treated oddly at the counter. I think your employee was obviously high.
Obviously, we are not coming back to your establishment, especially after being berated.

Just watched an employee (Rebecca, Becky) walk out of the bar in her Nancy’s apron during her shift. I’ve heard the bar has kicked employees out during their shifts multiple times. I won’t be taking my service there

Asked the cashier a question and from the beginning of our conversation she was so rude and condescending. Asked her if relish came on the chili dog and she said “you have to add on” well only asked for cheese and they added onions to it. Never going back to this place again. If you liked being treated like an idiot then this is the perfect place for you. the restaurant wasn’t even busy for all this nonsense either! It was very slow for them to treat you like this and STILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG. I even called three times to let them know they messed up my order and no one answered the phone.
