This place actually closes about 5-10 min before 8. Just a heads up.
So good we are writing a review!! It’s hard to remember when I’ve ever had a better burger. Perfect toasted bun, crisp lettuce, and the patty is top notch and juicy. What really got us was the awesome staff. They keep helping us decide and make sure we are having a great experience all around. All the stars.

Came in at the absolute last minute before close, hungry, tired, exhausted. They were so kind, made great food, totally saved my day and it was a really tough day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The morning shift service was very friendly with smiles, on top of what I asked for, quick, and made it exactly the way I asked. The large fries seemed a bigger serving than the south salem nancys. And everyone in the dining room seemed happy. The air was great and overall i loved my experience here and I would gladly make the trip to this west side salem location instead of the south location even though the south location is closer to where I live. 5 stars all around.

Fast service even during the lunch hour. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Christian was helpful and full of smiles. Cooks in back clearly enjoying themselves with a positive vibe. Appreciate the ambience at the end of a long week. Food was great as usual. Better pricing for a decent burger than most places.

I love this restaurant the loaded hotdogs are amazing and the hand cut French fries are wonderful sorry I enjoyed so much I forgot to take photos.
