First time here and will definitely return! Had the Hot Bird sandwich and it was so good. The breading was well seasoned and the bun was light as air.

I felt like the waiter was annoyed with me but still was kind of friendly service. Which made it uncomfortable to order. I would say their food is subpar for it being as expensive as it is. The gumbo was super flavorless and a very small portion for 25$. Got maybe a small cups worth it was very watery with no flavor just all hot spicy broth with no flavor literally. Very little meat and very little rice. I also got their little chicken sliders and those were okay but the donut that came with it was hard. I was expecting it to be soft. It could have used like a spread or anything on it because it was very dry.

Just a nice lunch with a friend who lives nearby. Met up there and sat at the bar. Service was fast and the food was excellent. I do suggest the spicy bird but the poboys are excellent here.
Beer tap has many varieties not found around town. Heater Allen beers are hard to find and they had some here. Good taste IMO. Parking can still be a little interesting to find, but don't mind the walk after eating here.

Environment is alright at noble wave. Though we got menus pretty quickly, it took probably 30-40 minutes to get our food (it wasn’t even busy with a handful of other people there). Server just seemed like they ignored us and only dropped off food asked if we wanted katchup (which we never got as they went off doing their next task) and otherwise just got the check at the end. Food seemed overly salty. Defiantly going somewhere else when we’re downtown next time! If you like extra salt on your food, this is the place for you.

Actual Cajun-style food. Had the catfish Po boy and the etouffee. Going back to try gumbo. And watch for the jambalaya special. The best Cajun I've had since I've been here in Oregon. This is from someone who's actually lived in Louisiana.

Outstanding smash burgers in the midst of Louisiana. The exterior of the burgers are perfectly seared. The interior has just the right amount of pink to maintain the flavor and moisture. I highly recommend you grab some spicy fried Pickles as a side dish.

For dessert order some Bin-Yays Beignets.

We had our food delivered. The Avocado bacon sandwich. It came with fries excellent. However the caesar salad was a huge disappointment. I add grilled chicken for additional $ 6 . I received a miniscule 1/4 of a cup of chicken $17 for croutons lettuce peppercinis. So not worth it.
Bin yays were warn and good.

everything about tonights dinner is why this is one of my absolute favorite spots in salem. cheese curds, best fries in town, and red beans and rice with chicken were phenomenal. service was wonderful and thoughtful. thank you guys!!!

Stopped in with a friend while on vacation. Very inviting location. Staff was super friendly and attentive.
I ordered the cheeseburger which was recommended by my friend and I was not disappointed!! I could not find a fault in the burger! Everything was perfect and worked so well together. The bun was soft and buttery. I opted for the Cheddar and the flavor came through even with the well seasoned meat but mixed well to not overpower. The meat was well seasoned and you could tell the patty was fresh. I'm not a huge burger fan but this is something I would absolutely recommend to everyone and would order again and again.
The fries and sauce were an excellent addition, but the burger was by far the star!
