Alright, folks, gather ‘round! I just had my first local pizza experience here in Salem, and let me tell you—I was prepared for disappointment. I mean, every town has that pizza place. You know the one: Looks good on Google Maps, but when you open the box, it’s basically a crime scene for cheese.
But not this place! Oh no, this pizza was surprisingly good. I say “surprisingly” because, as a new guy in town, I was fully ready to fake-smile my way through a mediocre slice while pretending I didn’t just waste $20. Instead, I took one bite and thought, Wait a minute… did I just find a place that actually knows what pizza is supposed to taste like?
The carryout special? Phenomenal. I walked in expecting to negotiate a deal like I was buying a used car, but nope—great value, no haggling required. And the staff? Super nice. Like, suspiciously nice. Like, I halfway expected them to be part of some underground hospitality cult.
Bottom line: I’ll be back. Because when you move to a new town, finding good local pizza is like making a new friend—you don’t know how much you need it until you take that first bite and say, Yeah, I could spend more time here. 🍕🔥

She doesn’t just recall your name but even the pizza you prefer(the way she knew I liked it crispy), despite it being months since your last visit! The quality of the pizza is consistently excellent, the team is friendly, and the ambiance is as comfy as home. Ordered pizza on the snow day and they provided a free soda when we ordered 2 lathes and some wings. Excellent service, willing to wait to cook to make sure it was hot when we got there. It was ready on time and the family devoured the pizza.

I love Odd Moe’s. I have a nightshade allergy and their white pizza with spinach, mushrooms and onions is bomb.
Quick delivery, pizza was still hot! Fresh ingredients. We asked for substitution on a few ingredients and they did.

I had a really bad experience at Odd Moe's today. I ordered Jojos and a medium Big Juan taco pizza. The employees were nice enough when I got in there and told me my order was almost done. No problem, I know things get crazy and pizza takes time. I got home, ate my jojos (the ranch was awesome, I should've ordered more), and then went to have pizza. Added my doritos to it and was so excited. I bit into my first slice and realized that the dough was almost completely raw. I looked at my other slice and it was the same. I called the South Salem location (where I bought it) and the employee that answered brushed me off. Told me that their process to make the pizzas are the same every time, so even if he made me a new one it would be the exact same. I live right near the store, so I told him I'd drive it down and show it to him. He looked at it and told me that it's not raw. I said that the dough is almost white, it's still clear and it's not cooked through properly. He told me that they use white flour dough, so that's just how it looks. He said they could make another, but it'd turn out exactly the same because he's going to make it the same way (basically trying to get me out the door). I am not a huge woman, but if you look at me you can definitely tell I've eaten a few pizzas. The experience I had today was unfortunate, especially because I've had really good pizzas from them in the past, but this was beyond anything I want to have to deal with again. If anyone has the info for the owners, I'd love to talk to them about my experience.

Came in to pick up 2 pizzas for a game night and one of the guys there told me that they don't get tipped out. Only the drivers and the managers. So even though he helped me, he wasn't going to get any of the tip I left.
Pretty sure that's illegal. I told him to find another job. I won't be back.

They have pick up specials we always get. A large pizza with two toppings OR an XL pizza with one topping for $15 with a free soda! So we usually get two large pizzas! Their Greek salad and Moe Joes are also awesome ? & love seeing which new stickers they have!
