Usually, I would give five stars. We have always enjoyed ourselves here… but wow we had a horrible time. We literally were in that restaurant for three hours just to get our dinner. We were forgotten, stuck back in a corner. The girl didn’t bring water for 40 minutes let alone a breadstick! I finally went up to the front and asked if we could have somebody help us…a waitress perhaps! We saw three families come and go at the very next table as we sat there waiting, waiting, waiting! It literally was three hours before we got our food. The manager finally came over and said the girl was in training. I said “ you shouldn’t forget her… show her how to work.” Anyway, he should’ve comped us for something… didn’t even offer. I felt like it wasn’t the waitress‘s fault so I gave her a tip, but not sure I will ever go back….not for a long, long time.

There was a worker bolnde wavy long hair that went ballistic over parking there was no parking and then the waiter didn't give any cheese I said yes and looked at him? But didn't bother me the the Josh guys is very impatient and rude

My wife and I went to Olive Garden for dinner last week. She got the minestrone soup, salad and bread sticks and I had spaghetti with meat sauce and 3 meatballs. The food was Not Hot just warm, including the bread sticks. The salad was good the first time because we told them to bring the dressing on the side so, we can put as little or as much as we want on the salad but, when the salad was refilled it was covered heavily with dressing. Our servers name was Abby and she did a good job taking care of our needs. Thank You Abby!

I went on 11/12 and I will say I was not happy with the server Emma R. Olive garden has been one of my to go places but lately I have been disappointed. I was seated around 2 I believe and ordered the endless pasta bowl. I saw tables in other areas order after me and they got their soups and bread sticks very quickly. OK my server is busy which I get. When she did bring my stuff out she informed me she was taking a quick break. I joked and said I won't be forgotten about correct. She said no someone will check on you. That is fine I was a server for 10 yrs I get it. When that happened I would make sure someone checked on my guest. Shortly after my soup was brought out my entree was brought to the table. Not even half way through the soup not even asked if I wanted more soup or bread. OK I ate my meal. Not 1 person asked if I was OK or needed anything. I was done and as I am still sitting there no one asked if I needed anything else. Finally as I was paying on their table terminal the server finally came back and asked if I needed anything. At this point no I had the mind set I was leaving and had to get back to work. Definlty not impressed and if I did go back I won't sit in her section.

Always a wait to get seated in the evening, so always go for lunch right when then open at 11 AM, no wait. Always order the same thing. Soup, salad & bread sticks, great fresh salad and choice of four soups.

I'll admit I really only come for the AYCE soup, salad, and bread sticks. The pasta sauces tend to be broken and they offer cheaper dishes to go but they don't tell you that heating em up will show you all the oil in their sauces and fall apart along with make your stomach feel like crud.
