I really don't appreciate being harassed for a larger tip when I'm picking up takeout. Wildly inappropriate behavior.

During our recent visit, we encountered several issues that impacted our dining experience. Initially, we experienced a long wait and were not offered drinks while reviewing the menu, which made us feel neglected. Our friends even wondered if we had been forgotten, highlighting the slow and inattentive service.

The shrimp scampi was a letdown, with a smaller portion than expected and pasta that seemed overcooked, affecting its texture. Unlike our previous visit, there were no leftovers, which was disappointing.

The ambiance was also compromised by a screeching baby. Despite the disturbance, neither the parents nor the staff took action, making our meal less enjoyable due to the noise.

To make matters worse, there was a mix-up with our drinks. After requesting refills, I received a different drink than I originally ordered despite having said I wanted none, and my friend got what tasted like diet soda, which he didn't want. It seemed like we were given someone else's orders.

Compared to our visit a couple of years ago, the quality has noticeably declined. While we left full, the overall experience left us slightly disappointed and regretful.

Had the four cheese manicotti...good dish. Wait person was okay, but whisked things away without asking if more was desired. Would have liked more salad. Atmosphere same, very busy.

I became ill during our meal. My husband came back inside to get our food and was given a REALLY hard time getting it. When I was feeling better I discovered that they gave him the wrong food, and the salad was deteriorating and mushy. The manager gave me a gift card for the incorrect entree, but we shouldn't have had to deal with it in the first place.

I did not like how the food taste and it was something in my macs like the pasta cheese and I found a hair in my macaroni. I give this one because it taste horrible.🤢🤮😡😡😡😡

My fiancé and I just went here and I got the shrimp Alfredo. I ate it just like I would and towards the end I got full so I started boxing it but before I did that I found a blonde 1inch piece of hair on my plate and I’m a brunette. That was absolutely disgusting.

Almost cheaper than eating at McD's these days. Maybe a bit salty. I would have preferred more garlic flavor and olive dipping oil for the bread sticks.

Great food and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was served Caroline and she was 10/10, made the whole experience, that and the great breadsticks!

Food was average. Service was very good. Dinner was marred by a group of unruly teens spitting pieces of the straw wrappers at nearby tables. Staff need to do a better job of managing guests for the enjoyment of others
