We had, hands down, the best old fashioned we’ve ever had at a restaurant (made by Lauren with Woodford Reserve)! Highly recommend! Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever written a Google review, but what. a. cocktail. Dinner—steak frites—was also delicious!

I swore off reviewing, but they keep pulling me back in. We went for happy hour. So everything is two dollars off which is nice. They have a nice wine selection. I ordered a Moscow mule but they didn’t have copper mugs and it was pretty average. But wine was good. We had the Portland bread plate, the mushroom bisque, the burger, and the chicken sandwich for food. The burger was a home style and decent. But their chicken sandwich is very good. Fries were pretty bland honestly. Shoe string style. The bisque was nice and paired well with the bread. I’d say give this place a shot.

I had a fantastic meal at Pacific Standard last night, the braised short rib was top-notch, my wife had the crab cakes which were tender and succulent. Lauren our server was absolutely fabulous. She was attentive and addressed our requests quickly and efficiently. Our first time there and we’re looking forward to our next visit.

Great restaurant! We're staying in the hotel and ate at Pacific Standard for dinner. The food was fantastic and the service was great. Our waitress was Lauren, and despite the fact that they were jam packed, she was amazing. She made us great drinks and got our food to us in a timely manner under difficult circumstances. I had the crab cakes and caesar salad and my husband had the salmon, they were great and the artichoke appetizer was fantastic. We would definitely eat here again.

The mushroom risotto was fire! But the Cobb lettuce wraps was a hot mess and super difficult to eat.
We were in the afternoon of December 21 for drinks and appetizers. We had great service (Charlie). We ordered the artichoke. It was delicious, especially with the dipping sauce. The only complaint we had was the red wine. I don't consider myself a wine snob, but I couldn't even drink a glass of it. With all the great wine and wineries in our area it was very disappointing.

Seeking out a great Irish coffee is a New Yr's resolution for me and I have found, perhaps the best here at Pacific Standard! I also enjoyed a savory, delicious bowl of mushroom bisque. The customer service is superior. C The atmosphere, clean and contemporary Parking is challenging. Lq. It's pricy, but in my opinion, well worth it, particularly for those artful cocktails!

I have been to this spot several times and have never been disappointed. This was our first childless Christmas and we decided to head here for Christmas Eve and it was amazing. They had a special prime rib dinner that was a huge portion and great deal. We also had oysters and crab cocktail which were amazing. Staff was so kind and we now have a new tradition, thanks all at The Holman!
